Called them in advance to get an appointment for check up on the weekend. I specifically asked for a check up visit. The receptionist on the phone told me that weekends are walk-in only and no appointment is needed for regular check ups. I got there early on Sunday morning, I was the first visitor, there were absolutely no one else in the waiting room. Receptionist took all my information (insurance card, ID) and gave me bunch of forms to fill out. She also admitted that it was an slow day. As I was filling the forms, she came back from the doctor and told me that they can not visit me bacause weekends are only for emergency visits! And I have to schedule for a weekday appointment. I am just wondering why they have no respect for your time? Why couldnt she mention that on the phone when I called? I had to travel there, on my weekend, fasting, to find out they can not see me, even though they had absolutely no patients ahead of me? What kind of micky mouse business is this?

This is the worst organized office ever. I had an appt at 10:45 am and they knew I was leaving out of the country that night for 5 weeks. They called me around 9am to say the Dr had an emergency and if I could reschedule. They squeezed me into another Drs. schedule (dr fang) at 3:30 that same day. When I got there I waited over an hour and finally at 4:30pm I asked how much longer it would be as I had to leave to the airport at 6 and still fillmy orescription. They said they still had no idea how much longer it would be and that it would still be a wait. I finally just had to leave because I wouldve missed my flight. So now I have no prescriptions for over 5 weeks while Im out of the country. Also, my dad who was here visiting me was waiting in the parking lot the whole time so I wasted an hour of my last afternoon here in the states and with him. They shouldve let me know how far behind they were running. Careless and inconsiderate staff.

Dr Lin is my savior (dont see her, I wont be able to get appointments then) and truthfully, I have had only good experiences with the other MDs Ive seen and believe you are in good hands with any of them. Office staff and medical staff are great, attentive, kind and considerate. This office brings back the fond memories of medicine when medical people actually cared about their patients and spent the time to serve their medical needs.

Dr. Lin is the best. I am so thankful to have finally found a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable primary care physician with excellent bedside manners! Thank you Dr. Lin for being the great Doctor that you are. Also, I would like to thank the staff for being great and always have a smile when I walk in :). I have brought my children in a couple of times to see Dr Lin (she is AMAZING!) Ive had a few different nurses (Marlen, Nancy & Jeremy) bring us in and they are all very nice and friendly which is a HUGE plus when it comes to dealing with children. If I could give this office, Dr Lin & her staff more stars I would they are definitely worth it!!!

This is a very pleasant place with excellent physicians and staff members. I really want to mention Justin one of the attendant at the front desk . Her smile and friendly greeting makes my day every time when I came here. But again they are all extremely nice and professional. Thank you for that, it makes a big different !
