I found this program to be very helpful to my son for therapy and psychiatry but communication is severely lacking. Therapy is supposed to be weekly or at least biweekly and not once has the therapist tried to contact me and never returned my calls for 2 months. Psychiatry is also the same but at least the psychiatrist has called me back but I called 2/3 times after that but never returned my calls either.
