They keep losing my moms socks, but other than that, the staff is pretty responsive and they did buy a new pack of socks, which ive packlocked to my moms feet. jk. Moved my mother from a facility in San Diego up here to be close. I liked this place because it hardly ever smelled like a nursing home or hospital. Staff took good care of my mom, and I had a private caregiver which was really helpful. I recommend it, but do you research, I toured a lot of places and spoke to different families to get the scoop, I think that helped.

After touring multiple facilities, I fell in love with the staff. The rooms are very large. The rehab team got my mom home sooner than expected. I would recommend them highly.

It saddens me to see the old folks being treated like garbage by some nurses and staff members. Ive seen so many things... Its unbelievable.

Nice Facility I moved my mother from a less desirable location and found West Hills to be a very pleasant, well-run facility.
