The previous reviewer talked about seeing the lady "doctor" who was abrasive and rough. Well I got stuck with her too and shes not a doctor. Shes a P.A. or physicians assistant. In other words she a fancy nurse. My problem with every P.A. Ive ever seen is that they have a chip on their shoulder like they have something to prove. They never say "I dont know" to a question because they are not doctors and do not want to sound inept. She was very rough on my shoulder and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with me without even getting an MRI, even though both doctors that I saw there previously reserved any judgement until they could see an MRI. My first visit there they gave me some pain meds, unfortunately the nurse that put the sticker on the bottle of how many and how often to use, didnt put it on the blank spot on the bottle, he instead covered up the general instructions for that medication. I didnt know I had to take it with milk, and I ended up throwing up after I took it The third strike for these guys is the physical therapy department. The physical therapist that I had seemed like he would have been good except he was working with about 5 people at once, running around like a madman, all the while trying to get through an evaluation on me. If someone called in sick or you overbooked just call me and change my appointment, but to treat you patients like this is inexcusable. This is the medical field where professionalism is paramount and my experience with this place is that they dont even come close to the industry standard, much less actually taking pride in what you do and striving to be the benchmark.

The female doctor is extremely rude has no patience when helping her patients. When she was examine me? she was very rough, and very un patience. I was having a hard time, following her instructions because I was not feeling well. She she got irritated with me. I inform her that this my first time doing this. So then she lower the tone of her voice. Horrible Doctor! Customer service are not that good they, are not helpful. I would not recommend this place.

I called and explained to Josh that I need to send an employee for a "class A" physical and drug test. He was there for 2 hours, I finally receive a call stating that they were not sure he needed a drug test....they could not find Josh as I waited on hold for 10 minutues. I think it is extremely unprofessional to send an employee there, have him wait for 2-3 hours for a simple drug test and physical. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I arrived to us HealthWorks there was no one in the lobby no patients in the back and still took two and a half hours the receptionist and workers have no sense of time and customer service I would never come back here Im not sure if its just a regular protocol to delay service maybe they get paid by how long the patients is in the office if you have a choice to go to a different location it would be in your best interest

I had no problem at this facility. Needed to get a drug panel done for nursing school. Showed up early as I could (8 am), as you should for a walk-in clinic, and I was out of there in half an hour. Plus, they have a large parking lot, and they validate. Good experience for me.

US Healthworks specializes in Occupational medicine meaning work related injuries. They do XR but no labs (other than Strep/ Urine). If you think you have complicated medical problem unrelated to work please go see your PCP or a true URGENT Care or go to the ER.

Slow, slow, slow. Hour and a half for a piss test. Olivia the receptionist couldnt care about her job any less. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or just wait for the Lords almighty grace to take you from this planet.

I had a good experience at USHealthworks. I came for a pre-employment drug screen, was out of there in 1/2 an hour. - Their parking lot was difficult - too many "compact" car spaces, not enough compact cars!

Was sent here for work related back injury. Initially I saw p.a turner had x rays got me medications and back brace on the spot. They also have physical therapy and Chiropracters which are pretty good.

Physical therapy side is great but I dread seeing the doctors. The doctors make you wait between an hour to two and a half hours per visit... they may be understaffed. All very kind people though.

Told me to come in at 6:45.... and then nobody shows up until 7:00. Then it took an hour to pee in a cup and fit a mask to my face, horribly slow.
