Never imagined I would have had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a facility in Los Angeles; awful customer service and staff (receptionist Monica Valencia). I approved the window and greeted her, as soon as she saw me she gave me this rude stare and didn’t seem like she wanted to even be there. I explained my situation (personal matter) to her and she hardly even seemed as if she was paying attention to me. She made me repeat 3 times. I had to wait for 3 hours!! As I waited I asked every 30 minutes and she just reciprocated with rude comments and death stares. Her energy seemed off-putting and negative right away. On my 3 hours wait I observed this “employee” and she seemed to be constantly on her phone, taking selfies… Is that what you’re getting paid for – being a shallow individual? While us as clients have far more important matters to be treated for. Her attitude was a reflection of her energy being behind that desk, shame on the county hiring such unprofessional individuals. After being so frustrated, I spoke with an inside person and they’ve told me that its not their first time in having clients complaint about this person and they even gave me the green light to talk to her supervisor and gave me her name. If you see a receptionist with colored punk hair, DO NOT APPROACH! This place needs to replace that incompetent receptionist ASAP, you’ll have some serious law suits approaching and not from myself because I am done with this facility. Others will have their say as well. Save the clinics reputation while you have a chance and even my 6 year old niece has a more professional way to behave with individuals and responding questions and phone calls. The employees are a reflection of their management, especially when you’re place at the front of the facility; worst if you’re getting hired by the City of Los Angeles.

This is the worse clinic Ive ever been too !!! I had to wait 3 months for the next available appointment and as I go in for my appointment, I get there a couple of minutes late due to car issues and They rescheduled me , now I have to wait 2 more weeks !!

This facility is pathetic. Doctor doesnt care to follow up. Lab actively rejects specimen. Prescriptions for necessary medical equipment do not go through. I wish more people would speak up.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOUR ASSIGNED CHANGE AND FAST. Was hung up twice when asking how to file complaint. Smh

Such a great staff and facility Ive been going there for 5 years now thwy really are attentive and caring
