I never thought recovery would be possible for me until I came to restore. If you think its too late to stop drinking its not. I started drinking when I was 14 and couldn’t commit myself to treatment until 30 years had passed. It took a few years before I became a heavy binge drinker but once I was there was no way I would admit to myself that I had a problem. When I became pregnant with my beautiful daughter and knew I would have to breastfeed I was able to stop drinking. But after that time had pasted I picked up right where I left off. Two DUIs and a custody battle later, I finally was able to get enough courage to reach for help, and restore is where I ended up. To be honest treatment was nothing like I thought it would be, I wasn’t treated like a criminal a crazy person off the street. The entire staff really cared and helped me work through my problems that I never even knew where there. Im 8 months clean now and I never want to go back to my old ways. I am still active with restores alumni program and speak to the staff members when I need the extra push, this helps me a lot. I feel blessed in finding restore since I know many people do not get such positive results from their first treatment experience. Thank you restore, you’ve helped be the mother ive always dreamed of being.

I can speak as a former client of Restore Health and Wellness center. Unfortunately for them and myself my stay there was extremely unpleasant. Staff was extremely unprofessional and threatening. Living quarters were eerie and horrid. Medical necessity for medication was ignored. The food was appalling.There is no professional chef on site. There is no nurse on site. I left after 6 days. Sadly I still have a problem because staff denies the return of my valuables. Instead of helping me transition staff dropped me off on the corner of Ventura Boulevard and Balboa in LA when I am from New York City. Not only was it a very unpleasant stay but they left me in a very vulnerable position. I would not recommend this place to anyone who really needs help

Have same difficulty as other person from NY .. my daughter is there and they tell her if she leaves it will be without her valuables such as cell phone, birth certificate and id. Which means she has no way to contact me or get her flight info. We have excellent insurance just a cash cow for them. Also my credit card on file with them has had fraud on it. An uber account opened in California among other charges. She was also in a car accident with staff and refused to take her to er. Did take her to urgent care which was billed to our insurance rather then theirs. Not impressed at all. Becoming a horror.

Amazing facility. Fantastic staff. Incredible recovery. They are all there to help you and you can actually feel how much they care for you. Youll make friends there too that are serious about recovery. They take you on outings and make living life fun again. They have a phase system to help guide you towards independence and transition you to living on your own again. They teach you new skills to keep addiction at bay and help you to regain control of your life. Worth it. Completely. The number one place I recommend to everyone with addiction issues.

Restore is a community of dedicated, caring, and well trained staff and therapists that treat their clients as family. The treatment facilities are gorgeous and they provide top of the line living quarters that make recovery as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Restore to anyone struggling with a substance abuse problem or has a loved one struggling with an addiction

They take pride in being a stand for those afflicted to get that they matter and will do anything within reason to be there for loved ones and clients
