I came here after a biking accident without a reservation or call in. There was a long queue already with the holiday weekend but the front desk worked with the staff in the back to have me seen first since I was still bleeding. I really appreciate that while I was waiting the front would give me gauze and ice packs whenever I wanted. The wait to go back and then be seen by a physician can be long but the service was great each step of the way. Tara, the PA who saw me, went the extra mile to get x-rays and scheduled a follow-up after. Heads up that x-rays do take 15-20 min of waiting time since they send them to a radiologist. For the follow-up, it was nice that they gave me extra wrappings and materials no questions asked and did a follow up x-Ray on my wrist.

Dr. Waxler has been my physician for over a decade and hes always been caring, personable & thorough, along w/a sense of humor. The RNs are great and the pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. If youre looking for some Beverly Hills "show biz" glitzy office Bob Hope isnt for you, but this is where real people who work in the industry come for quality, decently priced health care.

This place was nice and quick. I was able to make a same day appointment, and was able to get treated in less than 30 mins. They have convenient parking in the back, which is great especially because the area in general has no parking spots. Doctors are nice, clinic is not overcrowded nor short staffed. Highly recommended.

Staff is friendly. Doctors are knowledgable and have great personalities. They will try to squeeze you in when possible. They give referrals over the phone as long as youve been there before and the doctor knows you. Inexpensive as well. Overall a pleasant experience especially when you arent feeling well.

Really like coming to this office. Everyone is pleasant. Doctor is rad too. Also, the patients that come here are nice. 30minutes ago a gentleman gave up his 3:45 appointment to a women that was having trouble getting an appointment.
