This practice is good for well visits only. If you are sick, dont expect them to see you. I have seen and liked Dr. Brining for my well visits, but she is currently out on maternity leave. When I phoned yesterday morning to get an appointment since I am sick, the receptionist told me he would text Dr. Tran to see when she could fit me in. After waiting more than three hours, I received a return phone call to inform me that Dr. Tran had no time to see me. I said I have asthma and with the complication of a sinus infection, I really wanted treatment today. The receptionist said he would again try with Dr. Tran. When he called back 15 minutes later, he told me that Dr. Tran advised me to go to urgent care. Of course, I only do well visits so that I have someone to see when Im sick. Since these doctors only want to see you when youre well, Im not sure why they are practicing. I, for one, will be going to a new practice where the doctors will see patients when they are sick....DUH! I recommend this practice for patients who NEVER get sick.
