This is regarding the Palm Desert Location If you can avoid this place at all costs, do so!!!! The front desk girl is too busy keeping her hair off to one side perfectly that she cannot focus on her job or you as the customer at ALL! Don’t even bother to make an appointment because if you are anything like me: 1.Didn’t actually get booked and you drive all the way for nothing 2.They will call and cancel-leaving you without medicine or booking another appointment 3.Won’t let you make an appointment at all…for one reason or another Once, and if, you can get everything worked out, be ready to wait and wait for them to call you back. They NEVER run on time, but expect you to be there early! Bring a book and a jacket, hell pack a lunch and a pillow.

No complaints on the Torrance location. I like my provider and he is available on Saturdays which is a lifesaver. Never been rushed through an appointment, he spends the entire allotted time with each patient. One time there was a mix-up with my Rx but the staff called my pharmacy to take care of it.

Called to confirm yesterday a different time than originally scheduled and when we called to clarify they said that the doctor had "just decided to stop seeing patients" and werent even planning to call and cancel, after my husband was waiting for over a month for an appointment. Terrible.
