Quite unhelpful...an unusual experience i have got to say Expedited Referrals are not taken into consideration at all which is also in non compliance with the state of CA Laws,6months waiting on an expedited referral.Formal Affidavits written by patient stating who they choose to be their own legal guardian of blood relation living in same household out of there own will signed by both patient and legal guardian with witness of a deputy director of services also not taken into consideration.What rights do you have?Gina Remington nurse intake there snatched folder out of Authorized guardians hands and continued to search threw the files locating documentations forcefully.Talk about taking advantage of a mentally Ill unstable patient.AGAINST THE LAW! Should have been reported immediately but supervisors covered her arse as they would so that way they were not held liable for the inconvenience and all she had to say was sorry.Gina Remington did not just take files from patients guardian without permission but also failed to give back one of the most important papers needed to obtain services THE DIAGNOSIS PAPER FROM HOSPITAL ADMISSION.Which i found out later due to the fact that she did not allow me to verify what she was taking before she took without consent from authorized guardian.I Believe her license should be taken away for the way she handled patients info. and took without consent and lost later she said she did not have it but i can have a copy from what she scanned into the files... NO WAY I NEED THE ORIGINAL BACK. Just like how every facility wants originals of documentation i will see that she is reprehended for this by the state of CA.They need to hire more caring staff who has patience and compassion for their job title.Not someone who is so uneducated that they can barely speak english knows nothing about the laws about the division they work for and so forth Remington you would think that is an American educated nurse who knows what theyre doing terrible experience i would not trust them or especially her with any documents thank you and have a good day and good luck if you end up being treated here or is helping a loved one get treatment here! PEACE! READ THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT GOES ON IN THESE FACILITIES!!!

I was a client in this facility since 2004 and my situation has not changed. Dr. Lee is just a pharmaceutical "pill pusher" always trying to get me to try different medications and he does not listen to my concerns. This clinic in my experience caters to "Asian" clients and although the facility is named Asian Pacific mental health center, it is the CA law that this facility accommodate all individuals with mental health services. I be become homeless because this facility neglected my concerns I was having with s prior landlord and all this facility did for me was refer me to a homeless shelter. Hence I no longer go there. The case worker I was assigned to Ms.

Find another place!!! I would put no stars but that is not an option here. The staff is incompetent at this place. They dont put me on their schedule for the appointment times they give me and turn me away when I get there. I cant even get through at the main line. They either put me on hold or hang up on me. I dont get it...how do they stay in business?!!!
