I highly recommend Dr. Moore and her Team at Alvorada Dentistry in Glenkirk Estates! She is very pleasant, thorough and caring. We just took our whole family for our annual checkups and she and her team made it a very pleasant easy experience!! She took the time to get to know our whole family, making sure she knew about all of our previous dental experiences and issues with each one of my family members. The office is beautifully decorated, comfortable and all of the modern dental technology was present. She took the time to explain my dental needs with me and my family so we understood exactly what was needed and how to get our boys to brush better!! Based on my familys experiences here I plan to be a repeat patient and I encourage everyone to visit her practice, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Dr. Moore and her staff are understanding, friendly and most of all highly competent. The office is a joy to visit and has the most up-to-date technology. Dr. Moore cares about her patients. She provides great advice and is not just in business to make a buck. So many dentists these days are willing to sell you services you dont need or want - just to use up your yearly insurance allotment. Dr. Moore diagnosed and solved a problem that had been going on in my mouth for a long while - just in the nick of time to save my tooth. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Add a comment

I went to Dr. Moore for a second opinion and found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She is willing to answer your questions and help alleviate any concerns. I have been searching for a new dentist “thoroughly” over the last two years and have finally ended my search here. The office is pristine, with the latest technology, and wonderfully decorated. The reason I have changed dentist is because of Dr. Moores credentials, knowledge, rapport with patients, and her complete diagnostics. Most important she is honest and trustworthy . Doctor Moore and her team are amazing! She really takes the time to know her client and doesnt rush through the appointment. She takes all kinds of insurance so that was a plus for us because it was difficult to find an office who did. Before, we drove all the way to Manassas. Also, she is so wonderful with kids. I was so nervous to take my spunky 3 year old son but her team made him so comfortable and showed great patience. My 11 year old also had a fear of dentists since our experience in Manassas. She had an excellent experience getting her filing done with Dr., Moore at Alvorada Dentistry and was so happy. Totally recommend Alvorada Dentistry!

I find Dr. Moore and her staff to be very helpful and very patient with my wife who has a lot of problems with her teeth. Also I go in for routine cleanings and I really like both Dr. Moore and her hygenist during the week who I think is Christine. She is very good and she is helpful giving me advice as I dont do as good of a job brushing my teeth as I should but she is very patient with me, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and her practice, even the staff at the front desk are all really friendly and helpful and just make the visit to the dentist as easy as possible!

It has taken me a while to find a dentist here in Northern VA. I have a great deal of dental fear and apprehension and past bad experiences. I am so glad I found Dr. Moore. Her office is state of the art! Her staff is kind, compassionate and understanding! She is a great listener and I feel like she really understood my issues and was able to help me make some great dental decisions! She did a crown for me and I did not have any pain! She called the next day to check upon me! Outstanding!! I highly recommend her! I am so happy I have found her and that she is my dentist!!

I just had a filling done on a front surface, of a tooth that shows when I smile. I was amazed by two things: First, this is the FIRST time in years that a dentist has gotten me completely numb. I did not feel a thing...hallelujah!!! Second, Im amazed at how Dr. Moore matched the bonding material to the color and whiteness of my tooth. You truly cannot tell that any work was done (except that the tooth is no longer is discolored by a cavity). Dr. Moore was very solicitous and reassuring the entire time. I am so thankful and relieved.

I highly reccomend Dr. Moore! She is pleasant, thorough and very caring. Dr. Moore takes the time to get to know her patients and she personally calls you to make sure youre doing well after procedures. The office is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has all of the modern dental technology. She explains your dental needs and takes the time to educate you about your dental health and preventative care. Based on my familys experiences here I plan to be a lifetime patient and I encourage anyone to visit her dentistry practice.

Dr. Moore is the best dentist that Ive been to. She is very polite, understanding, and puts a great deal of emphasis in making sure that the patient is at ease. Im not a fan of going to the dentist and had plenty of worries about a tough procedure that I had to get done. However, Dr. Moore made me feel very comfortable and made the process as pain-free as possible. I highly recommend her and will definitely be visiting her for all future appointments. Additionally, her staff is very polite and accommodating.

I recently moved to Northern Virginia from a small town. Dr. Moore and her staff make me feel like I am back in my small towns dental practice. She rememebers who you are and doesnt dismess any of your concerns. Its a rare gem to find such a practice in such a fast paced world. I have been to a few doctors offices here in NOVA and they see you as just another bag of meat. You will not feel that way here. I rarely write reviews but I would do anything to see more businesses like this in the world.

Dr Moore and her staff are all wonderful! Its so great to finally find people that genuinely care about their patients!! Dr Moore helped us with our struggle with our daughters thumb sucking problem - she found us a far less invasive solution than what my husband and I were leaning towards. AND she even called to check on her progress (and asked about her again when I bumped into her at the grocery store!) If you havent given them a try you are missing out!

Alvorada dentistry is top notch, starting from the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted by a smiling staff and a high end facility. Dr. Moore makes you feel as if you have been going there for years, even though it is your first time. She is extremely personable and puts you at ease immediately by making you feel like a family member that she has not seen for years. You can not go wrong with Alvorada Dentistry.
