These people have no idea what they are doing. The dentists are sub-par, and the front desk is 3X worse. I had to get two cavities filled, and after doing so, I now have sensitive teeth that is only soothed by using the more expensive Sensodyne everyday. Sensitivity is not unusual after getting a filling, but it shouldnt last more than two weeks! Now, if I dont use Sensodyne for more than four (4) days, the two teeth with fillings are super sensitive to cold. As well, myself and my two other family members have wasted numerous hours trying to get a straight answer about the billing problems weve experienced at this office. They do not get a correct estimate from insurance (as if they are just pulling estimates out of no where), do not follow up on claims, and pool family members into one joint office account without telling you (so, if my mother overpaid for one procedure, my sister can use that money for her own, not knowing that she is actually using my mothers money instead of being properly charged!). We finally got everything ironed out, mostly due to the meticulous work I did showing where the billing errors they made came from. I did not even stay there long enough to have all the procedures I wanted done, done. I decided to have the work finished at a much more competent dentistry. I would have given them one (1) star, but they can do cleanings decently. But you want anything more than that done, go somewhere else (and maybe even to get your cleanings done, too).

I have never been one to go back and write a review for a company or service, however, this dental office is by far THE BEST dental office I have been to. I cant complain about not one employee there. Everyone is so kind and go out f there way to make you experience as comfortable as possible. To the front desk staff, to the dental assistants, to the dentist himself, they are all so kind. I have been going there for a while now, along with my 8 year old daughter, and have even gone there while pregnant and I am always so happy when leaving..how many people can say that when going to the dentist?!

If you are looking for a long wait, an unprofessional staff, and pressure to fix minor problems this is the dentist for you! A routine teeth cleaning took me and hour and forty five minutes. I was then pressured to get an expensive repair when a second opinion saw no problem. Worst of all, when I made a visit to the restroom on the way out I walked out to hearing the staff talk about me behind my back. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I have have been a customer of this dentist office for a few years now and I am beyond impressed with my experience at Neibauer Dental Care. My appointments always run on time. Dr. S and everyone else who works here are extremely helpful and kind. They make you feel at ease and really comfortable while having dental work done. I highly recommend this dental office.

Started seeing Dr. S about 3 years ago and she has really helped me conquer my fear about going to the dentist. The staff is incredibly fun, always happy -especially Tiffany, who really pulls everything together and even offers free hugs when I come in. I would highly recommend this office and Sr. S for any dental treatment or cleaning! Love this place!
