Amazing, really!! Like most we think of the dentist days, first you walk in and behind a glass sliding door is someone with no smile telling you to sit and wait. Then to the " room" were no conversation at all just get it done, it did not matter if it hurt or not. You leave in pain, for days. Non personal and frightening. This is why stayed away. I have the best dental plan with the company I am with now and drove by Goochland dentistry every day for three years, finally I got up the courage to go in. WELL, walking in a woman behind the counter smiling, friendly and personable greeted me. She explained my wonderful dentist plan step by step. I told her I havent been to the dentist in years, years and she said, dont worry we will take it a step at a time. And they did just that. I had a cleaning by a woman who was like a teacher explaining ever tooth in my mouth, and I saw everyone on a hugh tv screen. Then for the part I just couldnt believe the dentist himself, personal informative, and happy to help me. His assistant was unbelievable as well. She helped me understand everything that was going on, educated, personal and happy. Thank you all of You for making my experience something like you see on the Space Center in Space, with a personal, friendly atmosphere that I felt comfortable and part ofa Family. Your team has taken Family Dentistry to a new level.

As I was driving past several dentists to Goochland I thought hope its worth the drive time . I was referred by a long time patient . I walked in to be treated by the receptionist and within a minute was invited back to the office for a meet and greet from all in the office then after a chat was set up in the dentist chair I had a full exam which ( having been a frequent flyer at dentist ) was new to me right infrintbof me I saw each tooth as it was xrayed then they looked inside my mouth with a video camera first again for me I was not rushed and could ask to see what ever I wanted so I got a good look at the inside of my moth and teeth at the back I have never seen before my cleaning was educational and completed in a timely manner as I had an appointment I had to be on time to after my cleaning the dentist then came in and looked at all my teath I left informed on time with a goodie bag and lovely clean mouth I have already told a friend to come here and intact just 5 mins from short pump

I chose Dr. Murchie because I recently moved to Richmond and wanted a dentist close to my home. I think I have made a great choice. He and all his staff made me feel comfortable by taking time to meet me and introduce themselves and their practice too me before I was in the dental chair with my mouth open. My medical history was actually reviewed with me rather than just being writing on a form. I was given opportunity to ask questions. I did not required any dental procedures but feel confident that they will be done with expertise when I do need any done.

Dr. Murchie is the best dentist in Central Virginia. My teeth shifted over the years and therefore, I disliked my smile. Dr. Murchie transformed my smile with Invisalign. Dr. Murchie and his staff have been wonderful. They have changed my thinking about going to the dentist. During each visit, I have been welcomed by everybody in the office. I loved everything about Dr. Murchies office. The staff was friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was never pressured to do anything I didnt want to do. I dread going to the dentist because of past experiences but it wont be like that anymore.
