Very friendly staff! Only issue Ive had with this practice is that Dr. Glick may need to adjust his interpersonal skills. For example, If hes reviewing a childs mouth with the parent there, he should greet the parent. Not just come in and sit down, no greeting, nothing. This is a business and the patient is a client. A smile and a "hello, how are you" can go a long way.
