I was looking for a new dentist and this office had great reviews and I see why. The front office staff was so nice and friendly. Doctor Tse is patient, friendly and put me at ease and addressed my concerns. My visit went well and I am definitely switching to this dentist for all my dental needs. Plus they offer Saturday appointments on ths first and third Saturday which is an added bonus. Had my second visit today and everything went well. The check-in process is so smooth and I was greeted by name which was nice since I had only been there once before. The doctor explains the procedure and answers my questions. Very personable and very friendly. I love that they offer Saturday morning appointments. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Tse and his employees were wonderful from beginning to end. I had recently relocated to Virginia and was searching for a new dentist. Fortunately, I found Short Pump Family Dentistry (SPFD). I was nervous to go in, as it had been a while since my last dentist visit. The friendly and caring staff at SPFD put me at ease and allowed me to feel comfortable. The office itself looks brand new with the latest technology throughout. Dr. Tse did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. He was gentle and explained what he was doing. A+ experience overall. I dont have insurance, but SPFD offers their own Healthy Smile, Healthy Life Program. So glad I found Short Pump Family Dentistry.

Dr. Tse and his team have a phenomenal office atmosphere and decour. Every time I have called for an appointment I can get into see them in 48 hours or less. My two kids, eight and five years old, enjoy their dentist visits as well. They can sit in the chair and get their teeth cleaned while watching Netflix on monitors mounted to the ceiling. They can also listen to the TV show or a great selection of music in each specific room. It is a warm and friendly environment with a great team of professionals. Everyone is so nice and engaging it makes a trip to the dentist feel like anything but. I highly recommend Short Pump Family Dentistry....especially for kids!!!

Friendly, fast, and rather enjoyable. It has been a while since Ive been to the dentist, from my past experience I have grown weary of them, but now I actually look foreword to the up coming date of getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed. Not only do they have the best price around, you get the best care in my opinion and you cant beat the combination. Dr. Yun is amazing, and his staff make you feel right at home with no pressure. You can rest assured I will be coming here from this day forward, and I have to say I will send everyone I know here as well. Read the reviews because they live up to every 5 star review.

Dr. Tse and his assistant were fantastic. I was told from another dentist that I needed more aggressive treatment and Dr. Tse saved me the trouble by explaining that I just need a good cleaning. He took x rays and did very well explaining the anatomy and findings from my visit. He is very friendly and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him and his practice. He got me in the following week for my cleaning and I didnt have to wait long at all compared to bigger offices where I feel like a number.

Today I had my first dental cleaning/polishing at Short Pump Family Dentistry. I am normally a little uncomfortable at dentist offices but I was totally at ease with Dr. Tse and his staff. I have taken my daughter here previously for some extensive work to be done and she is difficult to work with but she left there very happy with her experience. She even was able to watch her favorite cartoon while being worked on. We have made this practice our new family dentist. Thank you Dr. Tse and Sam!

Im never happy about going to the dentist, especially when its a new dentistry but Short Pump Family Dentistry from the moment you walk in is a great experiance . Staff is nice, courtious and they have newer tecknological equipment than other dentistries . They also have a tv to view while you are laying down which is nice . If you dont have insurance like myself, ask about the Active Treament Plan which will save you money. I highly recommend this dentistry!

There are so many dentists in the Far West End that it can be difficult to know whom to chose for your family. Dr. Tse and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. He does a great job and offers a much better experience than the dentists at some of those high volume practices who are only interested in moving patients through at the expense of the quality care they provide. Also his office is comfortable and in a convenient location near Short Pump Mall.

FANTASTIC from beginning to end!! My 8 year old twins had a blast during their cleaning appointment. They loved Dr. Tses sense of humor and gentle touch. Plus they enjoyed watching their choice of Netflix shows while relaxing in the dental chair. Such a pleasant visit with this awesome dentist!! We are new to Short Pump area and were looking for a new dentist for us. Im so glad we found him! My first visit to the office was great. I enjoyed talking with his assistant (forgot her name.) Dr Tse explained to me what I can expect on my first visit. He asked about my dental care history. He was gentle while cleaning my teeth. I walked away known my teeth are good for at least 6 months. Im looking forward to Dr. Tse be my husband dentist as well.

Dr. Tse and his staff were amazing. They got me in VERY quickly and my fillings were done before I knew it. Maybe it was because they made me feel so comfortable I actually FELL ASLEEP during the procedure! The office is very nice and clean and modern. I had a broken tooth and they saw me right away and all the office staff are compassionate and kind. I was having so much pain in my tooth. I went to other Dentist and they never could help in finding and fixing the issue. Short Pump Family Dentistry was able to see me on a very short notice and resolve my problem. They literally saved my life. They are a knowledgeable, professional, clean and fun office!
