Dr. Andre and his hygienist are VERY THOROUGH but I experienced the most pain that I ever recall in this mans office. Im not sure if he was trying to preserve his Novocain or he just didnt like me but HOW DO YOU FORGET TO NUMB ME ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASSIONS??? Its one thing if youre that negligent and/or forgetful, but your patient sweating and squirming should be an indicator that you forgot something or that you administered an inadequate amount? I was drawn to this practice after reviewing the raving reviews (reviews that Im not wondering whether or they were placed by his assistants). Ill give him credit for having excellent hygienists and friendly assistants. Also, despite the fact that he always seemed as though he was rushing through I made sure to ask questions and see to it that I had ALL my questions answered. So dont be discouraged and be sure to ask your questions; providing you dont mind PAIN!!!

I was not impressed with this practice. Dr. Andre kept trying to sell me Invisalign to straighten my teeth, although I am happy with the appearance of my teeth. His practice would even text events about Invisalign to my cell phone, which were univited. At one visit, I had to wait over an hour. I needed to get home to my kids and asked to reschedule the appt but they insisted that I wait for him to get my cavity filled. In the end, he was not worth waiting for. His bedside manner also leaves much to be desired. When I read the glowing reviews from other people on this website, I had to wonder whether they are true patient reviews.

At first I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Andre. However, I wonder if he said I had cavities that I really didnt. Several of the fillings he did were not lined up properly with the opposite teeth and after several re-adjustments in he office I decided to take my issues elsewhere. My new dentist found a cavity under one of Dr. Andres fillings. I always felt like I was keeping Dr. Andre from doing something more important as he never wanted to really take the time to get things done without seeming like he was in a rush. His dental hygienists were very nice though, so as long as you dont have any cavities you may be ok.

Dr. Andre is very caring and takes the time on each and every appointment to explain in detail treatment options and whats going on with my short term and long term dental care. Ive referred countless friends to this practice and they have all thanked me for the referral. Very rarely do people love their dentist, but everyone I know who comes here loves this practice and Dr Andre. I strongly recommend him for your dental care.
