I spent many, many years very uncomfortable with my teeth. They looked terrible and after visiting other dentists in the past, I expected that I simply would not be able to afford to have them fixed and had settled with the idea that Id just need to get dentures. As a last ditch attempt to have a dentist do whatever needed to be done, I was referred to this office by Pender County Health Dept. Dental Unit for a couple of extractions. Upon my first visit to the Brush, I was greeted with the warmth and hospitality, as well as understanding and kindness, of the staff in the office. Dr. Farrell, as well as Ashley (his most wonderfully pleasant assistant), took their time and explained that there really might still be a glimmer of hope to fix what had been causing me such terrible pain and emotional turmoil for so very long. He worked with my insurance and set up a treatment plan that would work for me. Although it took commitment on my part to make the frequent visits for awhile and to pay my part (which Dr. Farrell made sure was very reasonable), he managed to do what many other dentists wouldnt bother to take the time to do...he fixed my teeth and restored my confidence. Let me note, that my treatment plan included root canals and many fillings. I can honestly say that I never felt an ounce of pain; Dr. Farrell made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. This office, and all of the staff that encompass it, are true angels in disguise. Dr. Farrell is a very good man, runs an honest practice, and has the patience that so many doctors today lack. I very highly recommend visiting this practice. You will not regret it, this I can promise!

If I could give this no stars I would. Ashlee lee needs to be let go of this establishment. Shes childish and immature and she has shamed a mother for no reason at all. Her voice mail is being spread like wildfire and its disgusting. She went into someones medical records and called them to harrass her because she didnt like her review! This woman has a lawsuit on her hands and I hope all of Ashlees friends that are leaving all these wonderful reviews about her understand that. She belitted this woman and tried to make everything about her. If your dental office is as disgusting as you say you should probably close down and clean... if you are a new mom I suggest you look elsewhere.

I absolutely love going to Dr. Farrell at Brush Dental Care. Dr. Farrell and his team are very friendly and do a thorough and professional job. I dont normally think to review a dentist office but I have had such an awesome experience with these guys I had to give them a shout out! Every appointment is educational, and the technology they have at the office cannot be beat. Not to mention that Dr. Farrell is the best dentist in town. I have and will continue to recommend Brush Dental to family and friends...you should covert as well, you will be smiling all the way home!" I know I will be a patient of Brush Dental Care for a lifetime to come. Thx L. Whitby

Not only was the nursing assistant rude, but took it upon herself to leave a condescending voicemail on a patients voicemail. After a friend left a letter stating she no longer wanted to Use this offices services the nursing assistant Ashley took it upon herself to look up said patients medical file and contact her to scold her on her google review. She laughed at my friends parenting skills via voicemail. A voicemail left not on behalf of the office but to harass a patient. Pretty sure that goes against HIPPA laws. Its one thing to have a bad day on the clock, we all do. Take it as a learning experience, but to harass a woman after the fact? Not ok.

I was new in town and was searching my insurance carrier for a Dentist near work when I found Dr. Farrells office. These people are great. First off, they have early morning hours so I can get in before work. Second, I have since referred about three new clients to their practice because they were looking for a dentist where they could just get a cleaning, instead of having a dentist push them into getting an additional $600 of work done for things that are not absolutely necessary. I will definitely continue to refer my colleagues to this dentist, as the staff is very personable and the service is top notch.

Too bad I had to give this office 1 star! For the security and "compassionate care" of your current, former and future patients I would as Ashley to leave and never come back!!! The VM she left is appalling! Not to mention she violated the HIPAA laws, stated the office was nasty (Health Department violation), and was harassing a patient. I would be the first thing smoking in an attorneys office!!! Ashley needs her certification as a dental assistant revoked!!! Shame on you! I pray you never walk in that patients shoes and become a mother when youre away from family!

It baffles me that this dental assistant has her friends (proven through fb) leaving google reviews. Are they even patients ? I feel for Dr. Farrell as Im sure he knows nothing about this , Ash Lee needs to own up to her actions and admit her faults. Who knows how many other women have left to feel this way. Was it a personal discrimination? Or does she do this to all women who bring their children with them? Many unanswered questions, the Dentist himself needs to address this situation ASAP!

This place is horrible !!!!! A voicemail left by this place went viral on facebook , of them attacking a mother who brought her baby to her appointment . Once the mom left a review , the office asked her to take the review down . How unprofessional! A review is a review, good or bad , a professional leaves it up for others to view .not asks them to take it down ! What kind of business does that? Getting one star is a accomplishment in the least. If I could leave "0", I would .

The team at Brush Dental Care do a great job on my teeth and make a trip to the dentist as pleasant as it can be to go to the dentist. I feel that they do a thorough and professional job, and I like that they do not constantly try to upsell me additional services. In the past they fit me in, at the last minute, for emergency dental work the one time I needed it. It is obvious that they care about providing good care for their patients.

I feel absolutely no need to go to this dental office. After reading the concerns of a patient and how Ashley treated her saying it was gross to have a child at the office while the woman was getting a procedure done. This is rude and uncalled for. As a stay at home parent or even a single mother, it is hard to find someone to help watch your kids. Will absolutely not ever be going here.

I have hated going to the dentist for years. I neglected my teeth and it showed. When it finally became painful, I went to Brush Dental and there was no judgement. Just, "Okay, lets fix the worst and keep on until its done." Ive continued to visit for hygiene and minor repairs, so to speak. Thank you for the "professional, gentle" and even occasionally fun visits!
