One star only because I could not give a zero. I needed to have a new partial with one tooth. Made an appointment and had the molds made. Waited a month and had not heard from the office. Called and left a message and no one called back. Called again, and was told they had tried to contact me twice. Checked my phone log. They called once and left no message. Partial had been in the office for a week. I made another appointment for the following morning at 8:40. When I was callrd back to be seen, the partial had no tooth on it. After a few more hours, I tried on the partial with a tooth that in no way matched my teeth. After a few more hours, I tried a partial with a tooth that matched slightly better. I repeatedly told the dentist that the partial was not fitting correctly. I could not bite my teeth together. He made NO adjustments to the partial and the assistant repeatedly said I could "come back any day at 2:00 for adjustments," And I have the pleasure of paying them $895 for their "service." Lesson learned. Poor excuse for a dentists office! Assembly line money grab.

They didnt numb my mouth hardly at all before they put a bunch of shots in my mouth, i was the last of 4 people in a row.everyone was yelling in pain,i cried and was screaming in pain. Never would i recommend getting teeth pulled here,they sent me to an oral surgeon the same day,they seen pus coming from my teeth, why would you still try to pull it.i have to go back and get my dentures, but not to the swelling goes down and not till the stitches come up from the oral surgeon. Dr.wuff you need to go back to school and take a class on empathy,most dentist keep the swab in the mouth to numb it not just a quick swab.please for the next people who come in to get their teeth pulled, dont be in such a hurry.

The staff here needs to find NEW JOBS doing something they enjoy. It was very apparent they hated their jobs. They were incredibly rude, acted bothered by questions and refused to schedule a re-align we had already paid for because it was past one year. We are going with implant-retained prosthetics but it will DEFINITELY NOT BE HERE.

My visit was nice. The dental assistant was very nice and answer my questions well. She was very knowledgeable. The dentist I only saw for a few minutes, seem nice. Overall experience there was nice.

It is an unfortunate circumstance when it comes to loosing your natural teeth. The staff has always been professional and nice, never making you feel bad about the situation.
