The best dentist office around!!! I came to Dr. Williams about a year ago, totally scared out of my mind on what to expect. I had severe tooth decay and was terrified that no one was going to be able to help me. I am a full-time student and have no income and my family is barely scraping by. His staff was very warm in welcoming me, and upon seeing how bad my teeth were, took me in and did an overview for no charge. They made a treatment plan out for me and explained how much it would cost. There was no way I could afford it, but Dr. Williams and his staff deliberated for about ten minutes and decided there was no way they were going to let me walk out of the office in my condition. They opened their arms, took me in as a charity, and connected with an oral surgeon and endo-dontist in the area to help me as well. I had been saved! It has been a year of visits every other week, and I finally have my smile back (see my profile picture), plus I have gained an extended family. Everyone at the office is warm, friendly and have supported me every step of the way. They always ask me about what is going on with school and my family. Dr. Williams saved my well-being. I walked in the office a year ago depressed, with a horrible smile and overweight, only with Dr. Williams staff and amazing work I regained my confidence with my beautiful smile to lose the weight and blossom again into the happy young woman I once was. I could never have done it without them. This office focuses on health and happiness. NOT profits and the bottom line. I would recommend Dr. Williams to everyone, and as a matter of fact, I have! No place else will make you feel like family and have your back like they do.

I was showing my husband the reviews on Dr. Williams and was simply going to say thank you, but I read the nasty review and HAD to respond. Dr. Williams has proven to be honest and caring. I left my original dentist because he seemed very pushy and only cared about money and bad mouthing my previous dentist. I can more that afford to pay for my work but he seemed to only be concerned with payments and not really me. I was scared and not once did he address my fears. I felt like maybe he was trying to make money. I brought my xrays to Dr. Williams and right away he could tell I was scared. He smiled and assured me it would be ok! He then confirmed that the other dentist was correct in his findings and not once said a bad word about that dentist. He simply said " I am sorry that happened to you but if it makes you feel better he was correct in your treatment plan." I though what a kind, professional, man! He could have really bad mouthed that other dentist but he didnt. AND not once did he discuss money. When I asked he said "I dont really deal with the money part but I have a great girl who takes very good care of all my patients." And she did! Thank you Dr. Williams and Staff you all do GREAT work!

Dr. Williams and his staff were happy to squeeze me into their busy schedule when I moved into town and needed a new dentist. From the moment I walked through the door, the environment was welcoming and comforting, and all the staff were eager and prepared to answer all my questions. They were incredibly friendly and quickly put me at ease. The front desk staff and dental insurance experts were kind and knowledgeable, and kept great company during the short wait. My dental hygienist talked me through her entire process and was thoroughly meticulous! She made sure to share important information with me, as well as offer additional tips for keeping my mouth clean and healthy. Dr. Williams and his dental assistant also talked me through my procedures, and were reassuring throughout the process. Dr. Williams was kind and obviously talented, and he addressed all my concerns with genuine care and profound expertise. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking excellent professional care that overflows with southern charm!

I started going to Dr. Williams because he was suggested by a few of my co-workers. I knew I liked him right off the bat. Hes down to earth and doesnt come accoss as your typical buttoned up dentist. Ive only had only two fillings in my life. The first done by a previous dentist was not a good experience. So when Dr. Williams told me I had to do another filling earlier this year I was not happy. However, the filling was done in no time and painlessly. He even let me bring in my own music to listen to so that I would not be focused on him and the procedure! I have recommended him to several of my freinds and my husband. If youre looking for a dentist that you dont mind going to see....that dentist is Dr. Williams!

Dr. Williams and his staff have an exceptional practice. I was looking for a dental practice when I moved to Wilmington and my co-workers suggested Dr. Williams. There are tons of reasons why! Their front desk is extremely accommodating with getting your appointments set up and being flexible if you need to re-schedule. Im in a masters program away from Wilmington and I still go back to see them. I have had cleanings there and a filling. Dr. Williams keeps you extremely comfortable and is personable to the letter. Very nice gentlemen and exceptional dentist. If youre looking for the best practice in Wilmington, this is where you find it.

I have had a great deal of work done, have quite a few crowns. Along with the challenge of cleanings, with my extreme sensitivity to cold and metal, the crowns require that my dentist be extremely vigilant in watching for decay underneath. After a long search, I have found Dr Williams practice to be perfect for my needs. Dr Williams takes excellent care of my teeth and crowns, and Trisha makes cleanings a breeze. In fact, the entire staff is great-- friendly, efficient, and competent. They really go the extra mile!

Simply Wonderful!!! The atmosphere feels like yo just walked into your own house. From Mrs. Lydia at the receptionists desk to Dr. Williams himself, everyone is Phenomenal!! Dr. Williams has put together a staff that others would envy!! Everyone is always in a good mood and smiling. Always greeted with a smile and first name. I felt so comfortable and relaxed, that I nod off everytime I go there. Ive never said that about a dentist that Ive gone to before. Highly recommended.

I am a student at UNCW and I needed to find a dentist in town so that I did not need to drive home for every cleaning, check-up, what not. Dr. Williams and his staff are ALL very friendly, polite and have a patient-first mentality. They truly are make going to the dentist something you are not dreading. They always make sure you are comfortable and are not in any type of discomfort. Best dentist office you could ask for. A++.

Dr. Cory Williams and staff are excellent! I have been a patient for 5 years and have been very pleased with the service and experience with each visit. Tricia always makes me feel comfortable and is very personable. She takes her time with cleanings to ensure nothing is missed while educating me on proper dental health.
