I went to this dentist awhile back on recommendations. I had extreme tooth pain and knew exactly what tooth. My appointment was to have the cavity filled. What I got was an uncaring person, someone who did X-rays and then explained that he couldnt help me. Said I had to go to a "pain specialist" to tell me which tooth hurt and then come back to him (even though I knew what tooth). On top of that he gave me a "proposal" of all the work I needed. Seeing that I was visibly upset that I was going to have to leave still in pain and with a hefty proposal in front of me, he walked out and never came back, not even when I was leaving to say goodbye. His assistant was very nice, courteous and understanding. Upon leaving I was charged $225 for the examination. I didnt even have a cleaning. I was literally charged this amount for his opinion alone. Never going back and dont recommend others to.

Dr. Bland recommended me to Dr. Crisp for a root canal, and Dr. Crisp performed the root canal on the wrong tooth. Dr. Bland then told me my teeth were in terrible in disrepair for my age and it was easy to happen, and he needed to perform thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Strange thing is, I had so few dental issues prior and none ten years after, except with the work he and Dr. Crisp performed, some of which has had to be redone at my own cost. Additionally, I requested that my dental records, including X-rays be sent to my new dentist and the office did not send them after several of my attempts. After I wrote a certified letter requesting them, they released my records. I would not recommend either for services.

Before Visiting this office I had very severe Dentist anxiety, I have a sensitive gag reflex and have had multiple bad experiences with other dentists. Dr Bland and his entire staff made me feel welcome and like friends the moment I came into the office the first time! They are very patient and they worked with me through the whole visit, every visit. They know me by name when I walk in the door and they remember each interaction weve had. When I went into their office for the first time I had severe pain whenever I ate, I now have little to no pain at all! These wonderful people are truly a blessing!!!

Dr. Bland has the kindest, most efficient staff ... from friendly, organized Angie who is the patient contact and runs the front office to the competent dental techs, Christie and Leanne. Bland, a 3rd generation dentist, is a complete professional, exceedingly qualified and might even sing a bit of Shenandoah as he works on your teeth! The Bland facility is equipped with the latest hi-tech equipment. My husband was fitted with a new crown from start to finish in 2 hours! Amazing ! We would both recommend this medical office to anyone looking for the best dental care.

I switched to Dr. Bland this year and have been extremely satisfied with the service. I had to get a crown and he did all of it while I was there...waited a bit for it to be made, but it was put on that day and I can barely tell it is there it is so real. (So no temporary and then having to go back in and get it put on later). The staff is great, the place is comfortable and it doesnt have that "dentist" smell that makes my teeth ache the minute I walk in...So I love that part! And it doesnt hurt that Dr. Bland is easy on the eyes. ;)

Dr. Bland is the best--the only dentist Ive ever had complete confidence in. Great staff, excellent cleanings, and a very nice atmosphere--professional, but friendly--instead of impersonal and clinical. Dr. Bland is not the most inexpensive dentist in town, but his attention is always focused on you and what hes doing at the moment, rather than thinking about getting to another patient in another room (as I have experienced in the past with a different dentist...) He always has great music playing, too

Ive been to a lot of different dentists with all the moves Ive made. A lot of the work and dentists were not the best which made me fearful of dentists. Dr bland and his staff make you feel like family and they do the best work with the newest technology. They made me feel comfortable when I had major work done. If you need a dentist or just your teeth cleaned dr bland in my opinion is by far the best dentist in town.

Ive been going to Dr. Bland for over 15 years. I highly recommend him and his staff- its a small, caring and friendly place. He has called me at home after a cap or crown to ask me how I am doing. Hes very professional, and utilizes the most modern dental technology. Smiling and sometimes humming along with the music, Don puts me at ease and I feel like I am always in capable hands.

This was the most positive experience I have ever had in a dental office especially with the problems Ive had with my gums. I would not ordinarily give a 5 star rating because there is always room for improvement. However, I cant think of having better treatment, than what I get with Dr. Blands practice and staff. They make me feel comfortable going to the dentist now and look forward to my appointments.
