Tried to talk to their quality before posting, but that was useless. Lady upfront office doesnt know how to handle fmla paperwork. Doctors here use bad choice of procedures that will result in tooth loss. Really wants to go overboard on the treatments. Would not discuss my daughters treatment with me. Teeth cleaning is done by quadrants, one quadrant per appointment. Weeks go between quadrants. Ridiculous. Normal cleanings are one appointment. Dr Nguyen smells like poop. Not a good first impression. Nobody reached out to me Liz.

Dr. Chang was great! Very friendly. Fast. Im a huge baby when it comes to the dentist and he made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend him.
