Worst Experience Ever!! I am pregnant with my first child and I went to this office because they seemed professional and a trustworthy clinic, i was a little hesitant that i had to see a different doctor everytime and i wasnt comfortable with it, nonetheless, i went along with it and went in for my first appointment. I went in and they did an ultrasound and they told me that they dont see the yolk sac yet and that they should be seeing it at this time (they said i was 6 weeks pregnant), so they asked me to come back in a week for another ultrasound to determine if there had been any growth and if they can see the sac. So i went back the next time and they told me that there is absolutley no growth, and that they dont see a heartbeat or a baby. I was devastated when they told me that I had a miscarriage and they need to schedule me for a DNC procedure. They never bothered to take a urine sample, blood tests, or measure my HCG level. When i tried to ask the doctor why i couldve had a miscarriage, she dismissed it like it was nothing and that it was very common and i can always "try again". I told them ill think about the DNC procedure and ill let them know. The staff and nurses kept calling me almost daily to come back and schedule the DNC procedure and i kept telling them that im still waiting and didnt make the decision yet whether i want to go for it or wait to miscary naturally. However, they were very persistent and kept calling. Finally, i decided to go for a second opinion and they did another ultrasound and they saw a heartbeat, i went back to the second doctor for a follow up ultra sound the next week and they confirmed my pregnancy was fine and that i was 7 weeks pregnant and everything seems okay. I called Brusnwick Hills again and told them that i went for a second opinion and they saw the heartbeat and finally they stopped calling. I am very frustrated at them that they were willing to get rid of a baby without giving it much though just because they thought that i was further along than i really was. They kept ignoring me when i kept telling them that my cycle is irregular and i dont ovulate every 28 days and they dismissed this like it was nothing. I am now 3 months preganant due in May 2013 and everything seems okay so far and I feel great! I do not recommend this place to anyone, i felt that they were just dealing with me as a machine or robot not an actual person, they werent wiling to inform me about anything and when i asked about more information, the doctor simply printed an article from online and gave it to me to read at home.

Stay away! Im pregnant with my first child and these people made it a complete nightmare. The ultrasound tech I think her name is Julia (idk, they dont introduce themselves) rushed through it, my husband and I were in their for 4 minutes and got two blurry pics and she basically yelled at me when I asked her if he looked ok then quickly left. Then the front desk woman (thin white woman, angry face, sits in the desk that faces the door) gave me a huge attitude about not remembering who I was gonna see (there are 6 doctors) and I couldnt remember who. The rest of the staff arent polite, dont smile, seem like they hate their job and hate people. No one ever looks at my paperwork and I get asked the same questions over and over, they dont fix their mistakes when I tell them I dont take a certain pill and just wave it off. I asked them if they can please take my blood to check my thyroid because its a little high from my pregnancy (I did IVF from RMA and Im very high risk and they are the ones that told me to come here.) They finally agreed to do the blood test and called me a week later telling me its fine and to keep taking my pills. Then I had to ask if they can prescribe me the pills as I was running low...They asked what pills and I had to tell them AGAIN! They dont read anything. They didnt put me in any high risk category. The people that take blood have no idea how to take blood and blow out my veins everytime and Im covered in blood and black and blues. And now that I went to get all of my paperwork because I Ive had enough...they said I have to wait a week and told me too bad that I have another doctors appointment Monday...they will give me the paperwork Wednesday. So my new doctors called them and their blowing them off as well. I had to go into my new appointment to my new doctor with zero previous info. They may be fine for a yearly exam but if your pregnant I would go elsewhere. They are five minutes away from me, and my new doctor is 40min that I gladly will drive.

I have never had any issues with the providers here (NPs or MDs) HOWEVER they are definitely money hungry. I was pressured into getting an annual pap that I did not need due to new CDC requirements and when the results came back as abnormal the office called and stalked me for MONTHS even after me telling them I was choosing to wait for my next annual exam (as recommended by the CDC, based on my results). I am in healthcare myself and I am aware of the latest evidence based recommendations. They tried to scare me by throwing words around like "cancer".. I am a PA who works with cancer patients and their scare tactics are abysmal and shameful. After telling them three times I was choosing not to follow up at this time (I have the right to do that!) they continued to call me, leave condescending voicemails, and ultimately sent a certified letter to my house that required a signature on delivery. I literally felt I was being stalked. Its not as if they were that concerned about my wellbeing..obviously they just wanted money for follow up visits and likely unnecessary follow up testing. Also hope youre not in any hurry since youll wait at least 60 min for appointments..regardless if youre there late, on time, early, doesnt matter.

Im pretty upset right now. Started coming here last year and had Dr. Cenada deliver my son, she was great. HOWEVER. After 2 normally periods, Ive been bleeding for over a month and it wont stop. I had to wait to see her and she ordered a ultrasound last week. I had to call a few days later and demand results from another doctor because she was unavailable until the following week! At 10:00 am I told them I am bleeding pretty heavy and was told that the appointment cooridinator ( they have 1 coordinator and 10 doctors!) will be in touch shortly. She didnt call so at 4:00pm I stopped by to see if they can just book oh there. WELL! I was practically scalded like a little kid for coming there and expecting them to "just book the appointment". And I quote: " why are you here!? We dont just book appointments for people who come here like this. Youre not the only one here, other people are ahead of you. Youre just going to have to wait like everyone else"! WOW! She basically scalded me like I was a little kid and wrong for coming there looking for help. I am appalled at their lack of professionalism and empathy. I will never go here again. Unreal.
