For over 3-years, I complained to my primary doctor and worked with a trainer at the gym about chronic back/Shoulder pain. My doctor referred me first to an orthopedic surgeon and then to physical therapy with no improvement. I called Evolve Chiropractic with the hopes of finding relief from the debilitating pain. When I explained my problem to Dr. Casey, he knew right off which muscles were causing my problem. They were not necessarily near the painful spots! Six weeks in, I sleep through the night and only occasionally feel soreness. He has me on a program of first stretching the muscles and then strengthening them. So, so grateful for his help. Highly Recommend Dr. Casey!! Oh, and Cassidy is extremely helpful in scheduling my visits and teaching me stretches.
