I came to Balanced Body Chiropractic after months of intense back pain that had left me frustrated and feeling defeated. A friend had suggested trying Dr. Accardo for acupunture. I am so glad I went! I only had to do a few sessions with her before feeling major relief. I am now totally pain free. Not only did she treat me with acupuncture, but she showed me exercises and and stretches to help strengthen my core. It is a calm and quiet space with the most amazing bed warmer that makes you want to stay all day:) I cannot recommend Dr. Accardo more and if you have ever considered trying acupuncture, do it! I was a skeptic at first, but now Im a true believer.

I had a fantastic experience. As someone who lives with MS and the symptoms that come with it, I find chiropractic care and acupuncture very beneficial to my overall health. During my most recent acupuncture treatment with Dr. Accardo, I felt comfortable and relaxed, and left my appointment feeling that I had received excellent care. Dr. Accardo has a gift for explaining the what/why/how of her services. She also provided me with at-home movements and exercises that have helped the spasticity in my arms and legs. I highly recommend a visit to Balanced Body Chiropractic.

I have never been to a chiropractor before, but after going to Balanced Body, I love it! Within moments of an adjustment I felt absolutely amazing, and within a few hours, the cold I had was gone. Dr. Kristin is Great! I like her realistic approaches too getting the most out of your care. Her up front, verbal approach far outweighs being handed pamphlets and homework. Oh and my back feels great! Highly recommend. Ive been going for routine maintenance and cant imagine going a week without it.

Having been to several chiropractors in the past, I find it refreshing that Dr Accardo will take the time to listen and answer questions. She practices multiple modalities to please her patients. Her bedside manor is calm with a touch of fun. I believe Ive found my chirpractor!
