Oh god the Latino/black secretary with black hair stated a fight with my parents. When shes the one who was rude first! Started a fight in front of everyone and yet she doesnt get fired? This isnt the only time either. Everyone we know whos gone there has had serious issues with her. No respect for customers at all. Everyone we know has switched dermatologists just because of her , now if you want to keep a loss worker and lose patients thats all right. Also she demanded not to let us in on our appointment WHICH WE NEEDED. FIRE HER IMMEDIATLEY. SHES LOSING CUSTOMERS FOR YOU. We demand an apology from the office for lousy crew. Never coming back!

Yesterday they attended my three year old son. The service was appalling. Once they passed us to the office, they kept me waiting for more than half an hour. When the "doctor" arrived he was very rude. He applied the anesthesia to my son and it was not even a minute later when he started to cut the skin of my child, who cried with so much pain. Yet he did not stop saying that he felt no pain, that he only felt pressure. That doctor is a savage. Please do not take your children there !!!!

Whom ever is answering the phone needs to be trained on her customer service skills, shes very rude and unprofessional definitely will not be making an appointment with this company
