Kathryn ( dark frizzy hair) was very snooty and rude. I was referred from a friend so I decided to bring my friend along since we both wanted to start getting Botox done. I called before hand and I believe her name is Caitlyn said she had something available next Thursday. We walk in to get a feel for the place before booking over the phone. While Kathryn looked for an appointment we asked Caitlyn about the procedure in the middle of her answering Kathryn cut her off and said we dont have anything until December 22nd very dry no smile nothing.I asked about the Thursday she replied with nope completely booked. Didnt say anything else just stared at us almost felt like she didnt want us to book an appointment. It wasnt until after I asked for her name did she become overly nice and very helpful even giving us a pamphlet something that should have been done in the beginning!! We leave dont even make it down the road yet and get a call of an opening all of a sudden for that same Thursday -_- no thanks!

From the beginning to the end, my experience with Houston Institute of Dermatology has been seamless and wonderful! Katelyn made it very easy to make a new patient appointment and was very polite on the phone. I was greeted with warm smiles and didnt have to wait at all to be called back when I arrived. Dr. Berthelot was very prompt as well! I am not used to this because I am accustomed to wait so long at other offices. Dr. Berthelot was very professional and has a calming bedside manner. The office is very beautiful and clean! I highly recommend! Thank you Houston Institute of Dermatology!

I had the most amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, until the moment my visit was complete. Youre greeted by the friendliest and sweetest women at the reception desk. They gave me the warmest welcome and made a potentially stressful visit so much easier right from the start. I was put at ease immediately even upon checking in! Dr. B was so kind and patient. Shes amazing and spent as much time as necessary with me which you dont often see in our rushed daily lives. I will (and have) recommend Dr. B and her staff to anyone needing exceptional care!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Cindy Berthelot. The ladies at the front desk were a great face to the chanter, they were very inviting and polite. Dr. B, was extremely genuine and really listened to me. The place was clean and taken care of. The whole experience was overall fantastic. I will continue to go here and holy recommend this place to everyone. Youll have s great experience. Thank you for the staff and Dr for really caring and giving exceptional customer service!

No complaints here at all!! Cindy has been keeping my skin cancer free for several years now and if there were 10 stars, she and her staff would get them. And to the person who gave one star because maybe a staff member wasnt having a good day.....cmon...really now? Its hard to be perfect 100% of the time. Are you perfect 100% of the time? No you are not and to you who gave one star, you get none from me.

I visited Dr. Berthelot for acne treatment. Unlike other dermatologists Ive been to, Dr. Berthelot took time to listen and explained various treatment options. I felt she was compassionate and that she was genuine in her concern and want to help me. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Scheduling was a breeze. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist!

Ive been going to Dr. Berthelot for a few years now and I have never had any complaints with this office. Dr. Berthelot and her staff are great and very professional. I had an appointment for mid-December, but needed one sooner. The front staff called the next day for a sooner appointment from their cancellation list . Much needed! Great service all around.

Dr B was one of the most knowledgeable and professional doctors that Ive been to in a long time. She took the time to explain things to me when I was confused. Theyre incredible. Great atmosphere. I told her I had iffy insurance and she instantly said shed get me a discount. Didnt even ask she just did. Luckily I get a few visits covered. She checked me out and I was on my way. Very knowledgeable.
