Love this office! We switched from a coupon dentist with quotas to meet who gave us horrible dental work to this office, which came highly recommended. For not much more for general service (without insurance but a good cash discount)- we also receive honest evaluations of what work is actually needed. My old office, Monarch Dental, told me I needed a root canal right away for $2k and we have no dental insurance. I am pregnant and have big expenses coming up for our high deductible health insurance plan. I was concerned they werent being honest with me so I contacted a dentist friend who I knew and sent him my xrays. He too was concerned they were being dishonest and recommended me to Rock Hotel due to their expertise and honesty. They found that I only needed a filling replacement because the filling Monarch had put in two years prior was already degraded and cracked and had allowed more decay in. $150 instead of $2k. The switch was certainly worth it. The dentist, Dr. Craig, at Rock Hotel also smoothed out some of the other crappy fillings that Monarch dental had done for me and added some protections to those fillings for free, understanding my upcoming hospital costs with my pregnancy and no dental insurance. No coupon is worth the expertise and advice that an honest dentist can give- especially when all is said and done they wont submit you to insanely expensive and unnecessary dental work all to meet their own quotas. They were also incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional with my children who were nervous to switch dentists. My 3 year old was taken to the back and allowed to "ride" on the chair and test out the instruments and it really broke the ice for him. The dentist was funny, patient, and kind with him and he ended up complying and enjoying the experience. They gave my kids cool toothbrushes and dental packs along with tokens to use in their toy machines in their lobby. My boys were thrilled, as am I. So glad I made the switch and I feel very confident that our future dental issues and needs will be met with honesty and professionalism.

Rock Hotel Dental has an awesome facility and staff! They go above and beyond to serve and accommodate their clients. When I had repeated scheduling issues (teens) Jen was even kind enough to work with me and my daughter via text. She took a sincere and genuine interest in my family. I spoke with Dr. Nick Peterson with a last minute request. When my college kids were home on Christmas break, he very kindly managed to squeezed both of them in when it was so close to Christmas. The history of the building is fun history lesson to boot. I live in Bountiful and there are countless dentist between here and there, but it is so worth the trip. I would recommend without reservation.

The award for the most caring, thorough dentist on the face of the earth goes to Dr. Nick Peterson at Rock Hotel Dental. My wife suffered a double abscess that very nearly caused sepsis. He referred us to Dr. Ryan Facer, an endodontist who performed an emergency procedure to address the problem and saved us a trip to the emergency room and a potential hospitalization in the process. He continues to care for my wife for some other dental issues and regularly texts her after a visit to ensure she is recovering well. Dr. Nick also treats both of my parents and they have raved about him and his caring manner and kindness. This guy is the REAL DEAL!

My whole family started going to Rock Dental when we moved to the area, in the few years we used Rock each one of the repairs made by them, ended up needing to be redone by another Dentist! On my son chipped tooth, the worked completed didnt even last two weeks, then they repaired his tooth again then only to have it last a little over a month! When we brought these problems to there attention we were told that they would fix them but again we would be charged. We were charged $600 for work that didnt last just on the work for him, not to mention all the other work!

I hadnt been to the dentist in about 10 years and was terrified. They were super nice, no lectures. They made me as comfortable as possible. The office is in a cool old hotel and they have restored it beautifully. It doesnt look or smell like a typical dentist office. Be sure to print out the "New Patient Coupon" from their website and bring it when you go so that you can get a free electric toothbrush or waterpik.

I love this office and working with Nick. His staff is friendly and nice. They take really good care of everyone that comes in with the right tools and they get the job done right. I am very impressed with the doctors and staff and would recommend them to anyone. They took really good care of my kids and they felt safe and not worried about there first visit to the dentist. GO SEE THEM!!

Love this place. Ive always had anxiety over dentist visits, but Ive had nothing but good experiences since I started going to Rock Hotel. Im so glad they were recommended by a friend. I see Dr. Peterson and think hes great. Ive had a lot of fillings done by him and can honestly say, its been the most pleasant dental experience Ive ever had. ;)
