Redneck Revelations

Never there. Have visited multiple times within their normal business hours (for example was just there Monday at 2:30) and they have not been there. Also after being assured that my insurance would cover a procedure (they called to ask and were told that it would be) found out AFTER it was done that apparently it doesnt cover "temporary procedures". I feel like the specifics of what is covered (for instance temporary procedures) should have been covered during the telephone conversation with the insurance company. However the insurance and the dental company is playing "pass the buck" and trying to offload the cost onto me. You made the mistake and I pay for it? No wonder dentistry is a wealthy business to get into. Plus if you can afford to close your business early on a Monday, you dont need my money.

I had a routine six month check up done a few months ago and had a great experience! I was a first time patient here so I had to take some time to fill out all of my information but just a few minutes after that they were ready to sit me in a chair. They have TVs mounted into the ceiling if you chose to watch Netflix during the appointment, but I never even turned it on, because the hygienist was very personable and had a great conversation with me even though she had to do most of the talking. The whole staff was very professional and impressive, including Dr. McGowan, He spent a few minutes actually just talking with me and never tried to push any products on me. I had a truly good experience here and most importantly me teeth felt great afterwards!

This dental office is great! I cant say enough good things. I just changed dentists (because my last one would do a cleaning is 5 mins flat). Dr. Mark McGowan was extremely professional and answered my questions very throughly. I would definately recommend this dental office to anyone in the area that is looking for a new dentist. Also, he remembers your conversations, is great at keeping you comfortable, and explains the procedures before he starts putting stuff in your mouth. Dr. McGowan & his staff are very good with knowing your insurance and making sure you dont pay too much out of pocket. So glad I finally found a dentist I like to go see!!

Dr. McGowan is so gentle!! I always feel at easy at his office. His staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel like Dr. McGowan takes the time to explain necessary treatment and answers all of my concerns. He recently did a root canal and crown on my tooth. They got me in right away and now my mouth feels great. Root canals can take a long time and I was glad I could watch Netflix during my whole appointment. So glad I finally found a dentist I can trust. I highly recommend him to everyone!!

Dr McGowan is very personable. I felt very cared for from him and the staff and they were always caring and interested in how I was doing. I got to know them like family. I had many dental issues and Dr. McGowan was more concerned in helping me than his paycheck. (Of course he still had to get paid, but I was the priority) If you want a dentist who knows what he is doing, and cares about your health, this is the doctor to go see. I recommend him to my mother, so I recommend him to anyone!

I had to get four cavities filled from Dr. McGowan. It was the most pleasant dentist experience I have ever had! He was encouraging during the whole process, kept me updated of what was going on and made the process easy! I watched Monk and enjoyed my visit even though I had to get four cavities. Dr. McGowan is an honest dentist that I trust and he will do what is best for you. If youre looking for a dentist for kids or adults he is the one to go to!

Dr. Mark McGowan is great! Hes easy to get into see, super close to my house, he is on my dental plan, and passionate about what he does. Hes not pushy, he just tells it to you like it is and then gives you suggestions/options on how you can improve it. And best of all he always seems to be happy. Like this was his calling and he loves everything about it. A friend referred me and it was a good call.

He is the MOST PATIENT man I have ever met. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and we could not get me numb. He worked on that tooth for 4 hours. Finally it was me that gave up I had had enough of trying to get that stupid thing out. But he tried and tried and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable. I will not go to another dentist. HE IS THE BEST

Best Dental Clinic Ever! I have been to many dental places as I have had some extensive work to be done. When I found Dr. McGowan, I was extremely happy. They are the kind of clinic that you find and never go anywhere else. Not only are they the friendliest office around, the dental work that is performed is amazing. Dr. McGowan and his staff are excellent! They make you feel comfortable and they explain everything to you. The atmosphere is very friendly, but professional. Dr. McGowan is great and he genuinely has your best interest in mind. The hygienist was awesome as well, best cleaning I have ever had! I highly recommend Bountiful Ridge Dental!

Dr. Mcgowan is absolutely wonderful. Hes so friendly and easy to talk to. His office is really modern and clean plus you can watch anything off of Netflix while they work on your teeth! Never seen that before. I dont normally enjoy my time inside a dentist office, but I sure did today. Highly recommend this clinic!

The dentist is friendly and seems to genuinely like his patients. I had a hard time finding them again after my first visit, but Im going back for a crown replacement this month. The receptionist has been nice. Well see how they do on the second visit.

Terrible costumer service i have called over 30 times, sent emails, and left voice-mails to get a prescription refilled because i left there in extreme pain and was given a very small amount of pain meds, but have been completely ignored.

Dr. and staff were awesome. my 2 year old let the doc do an exam and my child that has a sever fear of dentists has been back to see him a number of times. He is a great family dentist..
