After dealing with a competitors lack of customer service, I took my prescription to Visionworks in Camp Hill. Night and Day difference to their competitor. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, everyone was extremely nice and efficient. I plan on returning to this location for all future needs.

Horrible customer service by Mark the employee who has over 20yrs experience who left Pearl Vision to ruin another eye glass store,I will never come back there again I had to deal with 2weeks of discomfort because of this guy,I dont understand how people can be so spiteful

Terrible customer service. Took forever to get contacts. When you try to call them at the time they open they keep the phone off. I have been trying to make an appointment since 10:15 am and their phoned are off. I guess they dont open at 10am!!!

I love this store! The staff, the location, selection and speed in getting my glasses completed. I was there on Wednesday with 2 of my kids and all three of our glasses were ready on Saturday to be picked up.

Worst customer service. Pathetic attitude of the manager (Lyndsey) and her staff. Staff member mentions one thing and the manager contradicts it. No one can be trusted. Bunch of liars.
