The staff is friendly, helpful and very competent. I never have to wait more than 15 minutes once I arrive, and my diagnostic tests are handled very quickly but thoroughly. The optometrists ask good questions and are thorough with their checks, and I never feel like just a number or that my concerns are being brushed off. Ive been going here for about 3 years now, with no plan of changing doctors any time soon.

Office looked great and staff were very welcoming and the doctor was patient and did not appear in a hurry. Dr. Chang listened to my vision concerns and ensured I was getting a prescription that was going to work for my needs. I was seen at my appointment time there was no wait.

This my my second year with First Sight and it is an excellent experience. Dr. Sukontasup is extremely thorough in her evaluations and the office staff is excellent. There is never much wait and office hours are convenient to working people.

First Sight Vision Care has fantastic customer service and a decent collection of frames and sunglasses. It is important to note that it is an upscale shop so frames can be rather pricey, but worth a shot.
