Sales/support staff is good, as cited by others. The more I come, and the worse my prescription gets, the more galling I find it that this operation--the whole Eye "Dr" brand, not just this store--is all about selling hardware. Sure they look at your eyes, and they do redirect you to a proper >eye doctor< (note the irony yet?) if theres something that needs medical attention. The premises outside of the optometrists dens is an unabashed sales floor, an incarnate version of GQ or any womans magazine: "invest" in our product and upscale your image. If theres any crumb of information about "eye health" on the sales floor, it evades my attention. The place offers no advice about maintaining ones current vision-ability, and gives blank stares should you ask about it. God forbid there should be a way to improve ones condition without non-reflective lenses and a pricey frame. And the problem is, its not just this outfit, its the whole so-called "vision" industry. This place only makes it obvious that there is no money to be made in preserving anybodys eyesight. Other than this rub, the staff is nice.

The Doctor I saw was friendly but their customer service is poor. I called THREE times, days before my appointment, to give someone at their office a phone number to call to verify my benefits. The day before my appointment, I get a call saying they were unable to verify my benefits online. I have experience in verifying insurance so there was no excuse for them to not be able to verify my benefits after Ive given them a number three times to get them. Will not be returning.

Poor customer service. Arrived for the appointment and was informed they couldnt find my insurance information. They had attempted to call me prior to this on the incorrect phone number. They shouldve had the correct phone number from previous appointments. Regardless they also had my email which they could have contacted me with. It took so long to sort out that they asked if I wanted to reschedule to appointment. Safe to say I will not be back.

The staff is so helpful and friendly!! They treated me like family and helped me pick out new glasses AND contacts. They were patient, knowledgeable, and hands down the best group of people I have ever been in the care of.

Absolutely recommend this place. I have been using them for years nows. Much better then other places I have been to. It was always in and out appointments with great customer care not to mention best pricing too.
