I have been a patient for a few years now and it has been because of the knowledge and technology used by Dr. Vaxmonsky. You see, I am a person who is at the age where my vision is in a state of “in between”. Instead of just settling with providing me with the better vision outcome (contact lens prescription) after two trial periods, Dr. Vaxmonsky made arrangements for several appointments (based on my availability) to ensure that I received the BEST vision correction (prescription) for my eyes. And because the office has late hours (they don’t close business at 5pm) I was able to visit his office after work. And though there were times when I did have to wait longer than expected, I knew it was because the doctor was most likely spending quality time listening and diagnosing his patient’s issue and not just rushing through it. I am also a person who asked a lot of questions because I do not accept everything that is told to me at "face value". For example, during my first visit it was recommended that I get my eyes dilated and eyes photographed (don’t recall the medical term), Dr. Vaxmonsky was more than happy to explain the reasons why, in detail. Lastly, during my visits I have been greeted and treated in a friendly manner by the staff. And with so much “junk” text messages entering my cell phone now-a-days, I appreciate getting a live human voice, by one of the staff, reminding me about my upcoming appointments. The health of my eyes are important, I financially plan each year for my eye exam. It is truly worth the investment to visit his office.
