I had a good experience at Erim Eye Care. I did not have to wait very long before the doctors assistant called me to check the pressure in my eyes and check my vision. Shortly after seeing the doctors assistant, the doctor called me in. That exam did not take long & this included the doctor reviewing my medical history with me. The doctor further took/ordered pictures of the back of my eyes. He and the assistant accompanied me to review the pictures taken via/on the computer. Dr. Dominique R. showed me my optic nerves and explained the functions of the nerves on the screen. I was then instructed to go to the cabinet and select my eyeglasses, got fitted for my new glasses, given the disposable shades and I was out the door! I can honestly say that I have NO complaints. I will be returning to Erim Eye Care.

This place is horrible!! The staff is unprofessional. It took over a month to receive my frames. Initially, I was told it would take 2 weeks, but the incorrect lenses were ordered and had to be reordered. I waited an additional week only to receive the incorrect lenses again. I couldnt see a thing. I had to return them which they reluctantly changed to another set of incorrect lenses. Now they refuse to correct their mistake. The doctor is pompous and refuses to work with you. Placing blame on me, instead of owning up to their incompetency. If you want a headache, deal with unprofessional staff/doctors and dont desire much by way of frame selection, this is the place for you. If you desire a more pleasant experience, find a Mr Eye Dr close by.

1). Its been 7 weeks. They blame me for not sending a prescription (which I sent the day I visited). 2). They lie and tell me the doctor called me. 3). I called my insurance and they tell me this store hasnt even varified, yet alone billed them. 4). First time I went there a year ago- get this- they gave me SOMEONE ELSES glasses. Now, theyre making me wait 7 weeks, lying to me, telling me they will be ready soon, over and over again. 5). Rude, lying, blaming staff. Wow.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! RUDE STAFF THAT DONT KNOW A THING!!! KEPT RUNNING MY CREDIT CARD ONLY FOR ME TO GET ALL THE WAY TO THE OFFICE AND THEY DONT TAKE CARE CREDIT! KEPT TELLING ME CONTACTS WOULD BE READY AFTER 3MOS OF WAITING THEY TELL ME AMERIHEALTH DOESNT PAY FOR CONTACTS! HERE TO GET COPY OF PRESCRIPTION AND THEY CANT FIND WHERE THE FILE IS...IDIOTS!!!

I just picked up the new glasses that I got for me and both of my girls... This place sucks though. The bathroom is dirty, the staff just barely speaks English and on top of that. I just got 3 pairs of glasses from you so why do I have to pay extra for the cleaning solution and the cloth for the glasses that I just brought from you? I wont be coming back.

Ive been wearing glasses for 15 years and I have never had a worst experience. My childs glasses were made incorrectly after waiting three and a half weeks for them to child back. The staff barely speaks English so you have to keep spelling your name over and over again. Do not go to this place

I wish I had read the reviews before going there. They are all accurate. Rude, discourteous and unprofessional staff. Avoid like the plague!
