This was the worst experience ever! Many years ago I took my older son here and they were rude then, and extremely unprofessional! I have a disability, MS, and couldnt read the paperwork they gave me and they said "you have to fill it out!". Also I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and I didnt want to sit, especially in their not firm chairs because it caused me pain. Actually, my son drove me. I was fine standing and they kept telling me to have a seat?! I told the guy assisting me that it caused me pain to sit, and he said "Im sorry to hear that, have a seat right here"?!?! The doctor was nice and very quick but the staff was inconsiderate, rude and highly unorganized! The young man that did my pre-exam smelled like BM. I will NEVER go back there and will never recommend them to a friend. Oh and the paperwork they wanted me to fill out and refused to help with... The arrogant receptionist(?) told me to get a pen out of the basket and went back to her phone conversation... The container had a sharpie, a carpenters pencil, a highlighter, a regular pencil and a single pen. They dont do glasses the same day. LensCrafters is far better! I finally got my script for bifocals/progressive lenses and took it quickly to LensCrafters and now I have a perfect pair of glasses. I wouldve gone there 1st, but they were booked all week.

I went back to Vision Works 13 months after spending $467.95 on glasses. I went back due to so many scratches, mainly the right glass. They were supposed to have been scratch resistant, but apparently werent. I was told if I would have come back in at 6 months they might have been able to do something, but not at this length of time. I asked why my last pair, purchased from them, did not have that problem? They had no answer. They said my latest pair was scratch resistant and had no answer as to why the one lense was so scratched. I really feel they missed the coating or whatever it is they do to make them scratch resistant on that lense. Again, they said they could do nothing, both people at the store and people when I called the corporate office. I will not be back.

I called the brandy wine store because i hate going into the mall and they put me on hold for almost 10 mins and i just hung up. I decided to give the mall location a try and i called and they pick the phone right up and helped me. I set up a same day eye exam with no problems. I went in to the store and the staff were very nice and helped me get the ball rolling. I went in for my eye exam and the doctor was very helpful and nice. I explain more of my problems with my eyes and she was very nice and patient in explaining it to me. I wish i could of got my glasses sooner but i have to wait until they call me which is fine. I think this place is great and ill be going back there in the future.

Very unprofessional and rude! I wish i could rate zero stars, their all about the money & not the customer. The staff are not friendly@all my experience has been bad for the last 2years of going to them, the only reason I was still going is because u pay a small one time fee for an eye exam for 3 years but they overcharge for contact lenses & dont seem to know there job! I will never go for an eye exam ever again! I want to report them to the better business Bureau their service sucks to say the least alot of workers sitting around getting paid to do nothing! If u looking for good customer service this is not the place for you!

Wish I could give them 3.5 stars. The staff has always been friendly and helpful every time Ive gone in, but the doctors are hit or miss. Both doctors Ive seen at this location are very informative and the female doctor is extremely helpful and sweet. The male doctor, is good at what he does but sort of lacks "bedside manner". I have had some problems with the office not calling me when my contacts or glasses are ready to pick up, which is frustrating.

I have used them for years, even when they were called Hour Eyes. I have never had a problem, they have always be nice, and professional. I am using the same glasses that I bought there last year at this time. I would suggest you use the internet to see what their peak times are, or ask for an appointment.

Unprofessional and rude. Lack of professionalism and respect to the customer. Not organized. I would not recommend this wye clinic. I realized eye clinics in a mall are the worst to go to. DONT EVER GO HERE.

Went there looking for the right glasses, the stuff was too busy to offer help when needed. Went there today for an eye exam and paid $10 for it.Very good deal .Will go there again for my glasses.
