The doctor is great. Almost a month later, and I still dont have glasses, but I DO have a hand full of different excuses/stories as to why the glasses arent here. It seems to change depending on who I talk to. My glasses have been paid in full for almost four weeks, and Im still only getting a run around. Excuse #1. There was a snowstorm on the East coast, so shipments are delayed. However, they wanted me to have glasses right away so would order the lenses and let me use the showroom frames in the meantime. They didnt want me to wait so long for glasses. GREAT! Never got those, and every order that I placed from the East coast with other companies are arriving. Excuse #2. I ordered a really popular frame, and theres a snowstorm on the East coast. Perfect. It is still snowing on the East coast, but Im still getting other things Im ordering just fine. I called to cancel my order, and they said my frames had suddenly, miraculously arrived. BUT... they were still waiting for my lenses. What? They didnt arrive WEEKS ago like they were going to do? OK, wait another day for my lenses. Ive made it this far. Excuse #3. My lenses still arent here, but UPS *might* make another delivery today. I know how UPS works. I have worked for large companies that ship stuff everyday. BOTTOM LINE: Enjoy the exam. Dont bother with the poorly managed optical shop if you want your glasses anytime soon.

Excellent service! I went in to replace my much loved glasses and get my husband in for a check-up. Cornell Eye Care set us up with back to back appointments, did evaluations, got us progressive lenses, helped us pick out frames, and my husband was able to choose special "sunglass" covers for himself. All this was done before we both had to be at work Wednesday morning. Wow, talk about service! We cant wait to get our new glasses. We both highly recommend Cornell Eye Care.

Very kind and professional front office personal. The office is very modern and attractive. The Doctor was very professional and answered all my questions and took time with me and did not feel rushed at all. Has a nice selection of frames for woman. Staff took time with me in picking out frames. Explained all rhe prices and different types of lenses and helped keep in my budget. Less than a week for glasses to come. Would recommend highly.

Appointment was on time; nice touch with coffee being offered; new machines and technology being employed; all support capabilities explained; Dr. Lawson clearly explained all aspects of my eyes health; and they are happy to work with individuals on the cost share between individuals and Medicare.
