Every time I make an appointment, I always wait at least half an hour and lately Ive had appointments every week with Brumley to get my contacts fitted. Its unacceptable that I make an appointment and sometimes have to wait up to an hour. Also, each time I call I am put on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes for something that takes 30 seconds. The doctors that Ive had here Czech (whos really great) and Brumley are good, but overall a bad experience every time

I agree with the previous review (Matt). Our whole family are customers and over the years we have had extreme wait times more than occasionally. The training is needed and I hope it will yield results and dont overbook so much that the risk of waiting time goes up to the extreme. We like the location, but have still been close to change where we take our business.

My daughter had an appointment for 2:50, wasnt even seen until about 3:30. There was only 1 doctor jumping from room to room, definitely understaffed. Her eye exam was interrupted over and over. Didnt leave until 5pm. Over 2 hours of waiting, about 10 mins of exam.

They treated me with respect, very courteous, and when i change my glasses to transitions half way through the first week. They remade my glasses and was still on time with them.
