My entire family has been going to this office for eye care for 15 years. We were referred here by the kids pediatrician after my local eye doctor totally screwed up and almost caused my child to have permanent vision loss. I have never had a bad experience. There may have been a time or two when a receptionist was not the most polite but you find that anywhere. I was never treated horrible because I chose to buy my glasses, contacts, etc. somewhere more affordable, they were always more than happy to give me a copy of my prescriptions. So to the one stars I think there may be a little more to the reason things did not go so great for them. A persons own attitude also plays a big role. I have referred many people to this office especially if they have young children but they are great with all ages and all eye conditions. My mother-in-law was seeing a local eye doctor but decided to make the switch because was being told there was nothing wrong. Well on her first visit the doctor found bleeding in the back of her eye so thank goodness she made the change.

Doc was wonderful with my kid. Took her time and was very thorough. Didnt have to wait long in the reception area which is extremely kid friendly. She explained everything very clearly to me and my little boy. The eye glass people were patient when letting my son choose his glasses. Receptionist was very kind as well. Over all a great experience minus the eye outcome..... Would and will recomend to everyone, especially if they have kids. Oh, and the doc really seemed to care about my kids eyes, we have dshs insurance and a lot of places seem to treat a person differently with a wham bam thank you maam attitude and I didnt experience any of that.

They just have one person on their staff they need to get rid of, and all of these reviews would be positive. In general a great place. Love the doctors. The problem is that they have an assistant who deals with the public who should not be there. Shes mean, and even went so far as to tell me my son was irresponsible on the phone one day. I guarantee that all the folks whove written bad reviews have had to deal with her, because everyone else in that office is fantastic.

Frustrating to work with. They always want you to make an appointment to get any information from them. If you arent buying there, forget about getting any service. Big attitude on the phone, unwilling to help or be flexible, even in an emergency. We have great insurance, but it didnt matter.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Wong is very personable. They answered all my questions and I left very happy.
