As a long term glaucoma patient of Dr. Phams, I have had an association with his practice for about 20 years. After having moved from King to Pierce County, I carefully researched providers before opting to transfer my care to him. He is one of the finest ophthalmologists in Puget Sound. He is a markedly more competent clinician than many of his nominal peers in the area and has provided superior care throughout the years, so much so, that when my wife was seeing another practitioner, with questionable results, I insisted that she visit Dr. Pham for a second opinion. Consequently, she avoided unnecessary treatment for conditions that were in all probability, misdiagnosed by another doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a high level of competence and professionalism, as a diagnostician, clinician or surgeon.

My experience with Pacific Northwest Eye was beyond my expectations. From the very start each staff member was very professional and courteous. During the surgery process, the staff members communicated clearly what the process entailed and made me feel very comfortable. The surgery itself was absolutely painless. The entire process was made very co for table for me. Dr. Patel is an excellent surgeon and very informative and personal in his approach. The surgery itself made an extreme improvement in my vision. Far beyond my expectations.

I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Chiu and his assistant on 10-14-15. The office was very friendly, clean and the puzzles in the waiting room is a great idea. I didnt have to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes. Dr. Chiu and his assistant were friendly and nice to talk to. I was very pleased with the exam process unlike other Ophthalmologists which I have seen. I only saw his assistant and Dr. Chiu. I highly recommend Dr. Chiu and staff for any eye related problems and thank them for their great service.

I have been going to see Dr. Pham for several years. He has always been very concerned about my eye sight and has always been very honest about what I need to do and what my outlook is. He is very efficient in that I always have a paper that goes home with my new medicines and when I need to take them on it. He makes sure I understand what is going on with my eye sight and always asks if I have any questions. I can not say enough good things about him and and Pacific Northwest Eye Associates.

I contacted this office as Ive had something in my eye for 3 days and its not budging. The receptionist was so rude, abrupt and even hostile at the end of the call. I simply inquired about confirming they are in-network for my insurance, as my insurance lists them as such, but sometimes insurance companies will not have updated information without an NPI # (I learned the hard way!). Perhaps she was having a bad morning, but its not a good sign for a place who might be caring for your eyes.

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, and the convenient location of this office. The doctor was able to quickly examine my eyes, and provide a prescription for new glasses. He took the time to answer my questions, without rushing out of the room as well. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Recently had cataract surgery performed on both eyes by Dr. Victor Chiu and I could not be happier with the results. Without exception the support staff has been courteous, cheerful and thoroughly professional throughout each of my visits. Any questions or concerns I had about the surgical procedure or followup were anticipated and satisfactorily answered. My only regret is that I didnt have this done years ago.

My new ophthalmologist, Dr. Cheung, was extremely helpful and recommended cataract surgery prior to changing my prescription lenses. Looking forward to getting my new "Mark 1 eyeballs". Its now about eight weeks since my cataract surgery on both eyes. Right eye was two weeks after the left eye and both eyes are doing great. Final check is coming up and suspect everything will be terrific.

From walking in the front door until setting up for the next appointment the friendliness and professionalism of everyone is excellent. I have been going to Pacific Northwest for years. It was always great, and now its excellent. Love the location, and the office layout, and most of all I love the prompt check in and wait time. I never feel rushed through an exam and all of concerns are answered, and I leave totally reassured once again, the staff and Physicians are top notch. Wonderful.

I have had excellent care from Dr Chui and all the staff of Pacific Northwest Eye Associates. I have had cataracts removed from both eyes and have been pleased with the results. The procedure and surgery were explained to me and I was given options to decide what lens I wanted with the help and input of Dr. Chui. I would recommend PNW Eye to everyone.

I drive 150 miles round trip to see Dr. Kopstein. Have been seeing him for about 15+ years now since he was in Olympia. He did my eye surgeries - plus still sees me each year for possible prescription changes. I may have to wait awhile sometimes but he is well worth the wait. Everyone in his clinic are exceptionally nice people to deal with.

We were concerned when our regular ophthalmologist quit her practice, but the transition has been smooth. On my latest call the wait time was brief, technician Elena was efficient and very helpful. The equipment appears up to date and the staff is courteous. Although I arrived early, I was in and out in less than an hour. Ill be back.
