Absolutely terrible. They billed the wrong insurance for me. Had to wait 3.5 weeks for ONE of my pairs of glasses to show up. For them to laugh and giggle at me saying "Oh sometimes when we order 2 pairs they send one back thinking we accidently ordered 2." When they were 2 completely different frames of glasses, which I was told will take another 3 weeks to get in. THEN my prescription is WRONG. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Now I have to wait for my insurance to reverse the appointment, so I can go somewhere else, and get glassed. Mind you Ive been practically blind for the last 6 weeks while waiting for the appointment and getting the wrong glassed.

ive been to this office many times in my life in Oly, often w/Medicaid insurance. Some times, it is what it is... it takes a little bit longer as far as Medicaid insurance goes. The staff, super! Wonderful, people care at that clinic. I once recommended a friend that was in town to go there for an emergency bcause something happened w/her glasses, my friend was very impressed how quickly, they resolved her issue. I definitely recommend it (disclosure, i was not paid or encouraged to write this comment other than putting it out there for people to have good choices).

Receptionist was very helpful, and my eye appointment was fine. It took a little longer than Im used to (used to just use Americas Best, eww) but that was because they did extra screenings. Also had contact lenses fitted, and again, same cautious attention to detail and eye comfort. I did not feel like I was treated any differently because of my insurance type, like another reviewer, not by the doctor, or younger receptionist. The older receptionist was less friendly, but not overly rude.

I have been a glasses wearer my entire life and I have never had such a Thorough exam. Truly a professional in his field with a great staff and a comfy office. I will recommend him forever and a day!!!!

Would never go there again!!!!! Extremely rude and inattentive to my son and I. Had to ask to be helped. Feel that we were treated like this because the type of insurance we had, which is DSHS Molina.

I was very happy with my experience there. Getting my eyes checked by a Doctor that was thorough and kind was awesome! The service was great and everyone was very kool and helpful.
