I first met Raj Patel, the optometrist, at a local event. After chatting with him, I was really impressed with his knowledge and passion for optometry; and decided Ill go to him for my next visit, which happened about four months later. And, Im really happy I decided to make the effort, as I live in SE Portland, and Camas is not near our neighborhood. The front staff was very friendly and gave me great directions; again, Im not from or that near Camas. I set up the appointment for Dr. Patel, and he recognized and remembered me. We did the usual eye appointment things. One thing that was great is they have this machine that can view inside your eye, and its done without the usual intense dilating eye-drops. He spent quite a bit of time with me chatting about the different types of contact lenses, and from that day on I switched to a daily disposable; they even helped chart out the different expenses; which is why I had never thought a daily disposable would be a good idea. In short, your health is important and from here on out Ill be going to here, and I highly recommend it. Alex M.

I have many reasons why Vancouver Vision Clinic - Camas Office deserves 5 stars. I will list my top 3. 1. The kindness and courtesy of the staff. I tend to have a lot of questions and each staff member always makes me feel important and not like I am annoying them. They all do this with a smile. It is proven that when you smile - you enjoy your job! 2. Access to the office is always prompt and quick. I can call to make an appt. and I dont have to wait 3 months as we had to do with a previous clinic. We have been patrons for 10 years now. 3. We had a scary situation when last year my husband had a red painful eye. They got us in same day and determined he had a retinal tear. We were sent directly to the surgeon and his eye was repaired on the same day. Even though they were booked they got us in same day. Wow what an amazing way to treat your patient. I want everyone to know how wonderful each staff member is in this office. I hope someone tells them how kind and awesome they are each day!

I needed to find a local optometrist after living here in Washougal for the last 3 years. Travel to my old doctor in Portland was just too much of hassle. I was a bit reserved at first, but after meeting Dr. Patel I felt right at home. I was impressed how he showed me the difference between 20/20 and my vision; so simple as giving me lenses to directly look through verses using the machine. None of my ever doctors did that until AFTER I have my new glasses arrived. Totally awesome personality as well. Julie is another employee who goes the extra step for you. She was able to get me a pair of prescription Nike sunglasses (purple lenses) made even though it was not available through Nike Direct. Awesome again. On a final note, they provided the special eclipse glasses without charge! I highly recommend.

I was SO amazed with the amazing service: smiling faces, very personable, quick and informative check in, thorough eye exam. It seems like a fun place to work - everyone seemed to really enjoy being at work. Everyone was helpful in helping me pick out frames - great pricing! They were extremely sensitive to my budget. I felt like they were more concerned about me and my vision vs making $!! They found a way to fit glasses and contact lenses in my budget! They really knew how to maximize my insurance benefits. I will gladly go back each year for my eye exam and tell my friends to do the same.

I have been a patient of Doctor Patels for well over 10 years. He is everything you want in your eye doctor. So kind, interested, and always takes the time with his patients. I never feel rushed or hurried. After having children I knew that he is exactly who I want my kids to go to. I now have an 11, 9 and 6 year old and they all love him. Every time we step foot in his office they are comfortable and completely trust him. They always comment on how kind he is and how the appointment was actually fun! I highly recommend Vancouver Vision Clinic and Dr. Raj Patel.

I have been going to the Camas office for over 20 years. Everyone I have ever dealt with at this location have always been very pleasant and helpful. I always see Dr. Patel; he is the best! He is not only a very knowledgeable optometrist, but also a very kindhearted and personable doctor. Last year when the office was closed due to a snow storm, Dr. Patel drove in to examine my eyes after I had LASIK surgery. Amazing! Also, the new Camas office is beautiful and spacious. If I could give this office more than five stars, I would.

I had difficulty getting a good pair of glasses that I could really see well out of until I went to Vancouver Vision Clinic Camas. They worked with me until my new pair of glasses were PERFECT. I saw Dr. Morton and she was meticulous with my vision testing. I highly recommend them. They will make sure you are 100% satisfied and that you have the best vision possible. I will not go anywhere else from now on. The staff are welcoming and professional.

Ive been seeing Dr. Patel for several years and have always liked him. The facilities are fresh and appealling. The office staff are so friendly and helpful, as well as on time. We waited only moments before being seen by the doctor and his assistant. My 6 year old daughter became instant friends with the assistant, loved Dr. Patel, and was happy to tell him all the letters on the chart. He made sure to answer any questions I had too.

I am so happy to have found my new eye doctor - Dr. Andrea Morton!! Before I was her patient, I had been having intermittent headaches for years. But she discovered I had been overcorrected in my glasses and contact lenses! After my new prescription, I have been happy with my vision and headache free!! She is very sweet and funny, and definitely knowledgeable - it made me feel instantly comfortable during the exam. Highly recommend!!

This is my 2nd year going to Vancouver Vision Clinic in Camas, WA and Im a satisfied customer. The staff is friendly. The office is clean and appointment went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Derek McTyier made sure I was satisfied with my vision selection before leaving. I would definitely recommend trying out this Vancouver Vision Clinic!
