Made an appointment over 2 weeks ago. They called me the *night before* my appointment to tell me that the doctor had been *sick all day* and called out tomorrow as well. So they needed to reschedule. Took over a week to reschedule. Not to mention *she was sick all day*. If she was sick all day, why am I getting called the *night before* my appointment? Really bad service from this place.

Service is timely and professional. Decent selection of frames. Not an amazing place, but other reviews give an unfair assessment. For what and where it is this shop is a solid 4/5. People within are a 5/5. Doing great with what they got. Processes are smooth and youll be in and out in no time.
