Awful place! I had scheduled an appointment to have my braces put on (adult braces) In December of 2015. When I came in, the orthodontist said she never told me to schedule an appointment to have them put on! The nurse (who I had the last time) had to tell the doctor that "Yes you did tell her to schedule her appointment FOR TODAY!". Then my orthodontist said "oh, I dont remember that. Can you come back In two hours? Then Ill put them on. Im busy right now.". I lived all the way out in Winlock Washington at the time. So the drive alone was long and exhausting. I wasnt too happy with this. My husband had to call out of work because I had to stay an extra TWO HOURS in Lacey and I had nobody to watch our children. My orthodontist also kept telling me that I need to have TWO teeth pulled out because they were apparently dead. Got 3-4 other opinions and they all said that wasnt necessary. They were just SMALL cavities. She told me that I was LYING about this. She always forgets what my appointments are for and has STILL YET TO EXTEND MY BRACES! My bottem teeth are only cainine to cainine and the top are only extended to my second molars. My bite is awful because of this. I got pregnant around the time my braces were put on. And she had told me that in order for her to extend my braces that I would have to be put "under" and have SIX teeth pulled!! I told her no. I was in a high risk pregnancy and was not going to dare do something like this while I was pregnant. Towards the end of my pregnancy she literally told me that I shouldnt have gotten pregnant because its MY FAULT that she cant do what she needs to do. (Take care of my ortho care). She has lied to me, forgotten numerous things (then said her mind was perfect and that Im the one who needs help!). All of this just for her to tell me that I AM THE LIAR and that I just keep making things up to not continue my care. Which is the last thing I would do! She had the nerve YELL AT ME and say I should really learn to wright things down due to my incapability to remember things. (I have ALL OF THIS recorded on my phone btw.) To prove that I am NOT the liar. They now refuse to see me and have not seen me since July of 2016. It is now February 2017. My braces are literally falling off!! I will be going to another orthodontist to have them taken off!! Such a waste of time!! Will never go here again! They will be lucky if I dont contact a lawyer. Like I said before, I have every visit (including the ones where she has YELLED at me calling me names and saying that I need help!). Whos the liar now? She is EXTREMELY unprofessional!! My first appointment was last week. I recently moved to Lacey, and wasnt at all looking forward to breaking in a new doc. The reasons I like Sea Mar so far: - The two times Ive called the clinic - once to make an appointment and once to resolve a prescription issue (the pharmacy dropped the ball) - the conversations were pleasant, cheerful and unhurried. With the prescription issue, I was encouraged to call back any time if I needed more help with that. Far from the disinterest Ive encountered with the local pharmacies. - During my appointment, the doctor was also unhurried. She listened to me, asked questions, and patiently answered mine. Other staff were just as pleasant and attentive. Why I didnt give five stars: Both times I called, it took a long time to get through. The hold music was garbled and unpleasant. Not a big deal. Also, I was really impressed with the question on their intake form regarding the patients gender identification. I mentioned that to the nurse, and she was clearly uncomfortable with - and disapproving of - the inclusion of this question. She strongly emphasized the negative responses shes heard from other patients who were somehow offended by this, and I got the impression that she was like-minded in that regard. While its commendable that the clinic strives to accommodate sexual minorities, the staff needs to be trained to deal with it. In my opinion. Will update this review (if my poor memory allows it) once Ive dealt with the clinic a bit longer. With chronic health issues, Ill be seen again soon.

Most sea mars are nothing but a good referral clinic. Employment is horrible and services are worse. just a few comments from people working there. "Incompetent and lacking in integrity" " Weak Infrastructure, Lack of Support" "In 10 years in the field of Behavioral Health, this is the worst experience I have ever had in my working life." "No infrastructure to support management needs and forced "volunteer" work" "Extremely poor upper management" "Dysfunctional and sad" "Stay away" "Dont waste your time" "The executives are wannabe elitist bottom feeding off the poor for high end paychecks with the sophistication of the town idiot. I challenge them to make an honest living and get out of healthcare" Now on to the patients who under obama care and medicare basically are stuck with these clinics! they are a flucking joke.these clinics offers only very basic health care – screenings, prescription medication refills and checkups.

Ive never personally had an issue with a doctor or a nurse. That being said, their customer service in the Lacey seamar isnt great at the front desk. Some of them arent extremely helpful (though a few are). And I have now been hung up on 3 times in a row after saying "im calling to schedule an appointment." I dont know what exactly is going on, but if its not being intentionally done, it would be best if htey started with "We are having technical issues, may i get your phone number immediately in case the call drops?" But no, instead, I call, get put on hold/call waiting, and then get hung up on. THEN, i have to call again. Wait to be answered. Get hung up on. Repeat. It would also be nice if by the third time I called, stating my name, if they apologized. But everytime i call or state my name, the phone hangs up, so im not entirely sure this is accidental. Called Sea Mar of West Olympia, was helped immediately with NO issues.

Worst staff ever me and the misses went here to get her medical records had to wait over an hr just to sign the release form. Never will go to any sea mar again. Rude staff and this location lies alot. They say she had 2 tests done then when we talk to there supervisor that person said they only had 1 test on file. Appartently lots of communication problems here. My advice is if you need medical might as well just go to st peters. Dont even bother with coming here unless u like gettin other ppls test results.

I took my 7year old to this clinic for a tooth ache because his regular dentist was unavailable. The dentist, Juan Del Pozo Sagawa, told us that my sons tooth was dead and that it would have to be taken out. The tooth stopped hurting so I took my son into his regular dentist to get a second opinion. There was nothing wrong with his tooth. No cavity and definitely NOT DEAD! IT is a HORRIFIC thought that my son would have had his tooth extracted for no reason! DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC and especially NOT SAGAWA!
