The most insensitive, unknowledgable doctor would be Dr. Arunas Banionis. Went in for an appointment today to get a chest X-ray, and after I told him what was going on he said "So what do you want us to do.. Im confused." I had pluresy over the summer and needed to look at my lungs. Then he just left the room with no regard that the appointment was over or what to do, so as I started walking out behind him I said "Ok? So youre jsut going to call me?" He said yup. I then started walking downstairs and then nurse comes running after me "Hey he wanted you to go to urgent care for your X-ray" not to mention when I followed the nurse back upstairs, and she told the doctor I had a question hes like "yea, what" in the most annoyed way possible. I said ook?? How about telling your patiencts what the hell is going on instead of watching them leave. Then when I express my frustration, all the woman on the computers at front desk are giving me death glares. START CARING ABOUT PEOPLE. My job is selling phones and I offer them much more customer service then your half-effort office ever does. And this is my health.Get it together.

I went in with a broken arm. Had to wait a long time then had Togo in to see book keeper to verify insurance and she was very unprofessional. Then had X-rays. Dr finally came in and said nothing wrong without even examining my arm. It was the same Dr that Crayed my wifes hip and said there was nothing wrong and after seeing another Dr she has arthritis in her hip. Went to another Dr and had X-rays done. I could see the break on the X-ray. And I could see and feel the lump on my arm. Google wouldnt allow me to give a negative rating or I would. I think thats the only reason they have a rating as high as it is. Ill will never go there again. Good luck to those of you that do

They dont even deserve one star!! After going in countless circles trying to accommodate them I have yet to see a doctor. They dont care about their patience even when they are pregnant and need to see a doctor ASAP. They need better staff training on health insurance and customer service skills. There manager is the worse manager I have ever come in contact with. McDonalds have better managers than her.
