Been going to this clinic since i moved to area 2 years ago and its gone down hill. Everytime you go in you have to fill out more and more paperwork. Questionnaires about very personal things and also questions that dont have any bearing on your medical issues at all. The last 2 times I have gone in they have decided that I need to see at least 4 doctors just to get some simple medication refilled. Not to mention have countless tests and exams done, which are completely unnecessary and excessive. If you have doctors that cant prescribe medication why are they working there?! Never have i had so much trouble just trying to get meds refilled, and I am NOT talking about narcotics or anything that is addictive. The last appointment I was told you only have 15 min. to see the doctor and you can only talk about 1 medical issue per appointment. These were the nurses exact words, I am not making this up. She also told me that the doctor might fill my prescription "IF SHE FELT LIKE IT." Feelings have nothing to do with this! I come to you for help, I pay my hard earned money, put myself in a situation i hate just to have the nurses and doctors treat me like garbage. I was shocked and very upset by this since I have been to countless clinic doctors and never have they treated me like I was on an assembly line. I have never had so much trouble in my life with a clinic. I would suggest going to The clinic in Ukiah, they actually treat you like a person and if you have to get medication refilled like Birth control they can actually help you without putting you through the ringer. Lakeside Health Center you are a complete disgrace to the medical profession.

Caring, down to earth, providers with a straightforward bedside manner. I especially liked Dr. Rosenfeld and her quirky sense of humor. She provided excellent compassionate care for my husband during the late stage of his prostate cancer. Dr. Rosenfeld was especially sensitive to the needs of the elderly and went out of her way to make health care accessible for us during difficult times.

Doctors are mostly rude except sara arnold and front counter reception is always trying to schedule any and all appointments just to get people in and if you say no thanks they are rude like I did something wrong by not setting any appointment they want sad its not about patient anymore just money

Do not tell you, you must fast for a blood test, in advance. Then give attitude because I was unaware. Not easy for mothers who must get a baby sitter and breast pump to just make a lab appointment. Huge waste of time and energy to just get a bunch of attitude. Make sure to give it back to them.

Dr Lewis is who I saw. had an extraction it was awsome he is very proffesional and sensative to your needs also the same goes for his staff........ very very pleased
