I like the doctors enough, but most of the nurses and receptionists are incompetent. Today was the 3rd time Ive waited an hour and a half for an appointment I was 10 minutes early for. It hasnt mattered which doctor. This amount of time waiting with an autistic toddler is incredibly difficult. I was laughed at by a receptionist for being upset that it was taking so long just to sign a paper. If I need a nurse to approve something, Ill have to call several times to remind them and they still wont have any information about it when I call again. My other child has needed her inhaler for 3 weeks now. Several times Ive been told while making an appointment they dont have anything for months, call back next day, magically theres several for next week. Next time I have to go I might just check in and do all my shopping first. Im a pretty patient person, but this place has tested me.

I wish I could rate it negative stars. INCREDIBLY horrible service, if you can get anywhere at all with them at all. I have made multiple appointments where nothing has been done. I have been trying to get in to see a doctor for NINE months with no luck. I finally went to another doctors office to get the referral for the doctor I needed to see, and St. Helena screwed that up as well and didnt schedule me with the proper doctor that I was referred to. I am totally done trying to see anyone there at all, as they certainly dont have my health and well-being in mind. I would rather go ANYWHERE else for health care, and by anywhere, I mean Id rather have my cat provide me with health care services than St. Helena.

The clinic has been a living, waking nightmare for years. Theyre the only game in town, they know it, and treat patients accordingly. Which is to say, NOT WELL. In a town heavy with poverty and addiction issues, EVERY patient is treated not with Christian love, but with the mindset that we are ALL drug-seeking addicts. Its disrespectful at best, and interferes with treating patients. A change is needed and should be required. My physician, though he runs chronically late, is the one true bright spot at the clinic, and hes definitely worth the wait.

This is the most ratchet clinic Ive ever visited. They treat patients like common criminals, rather than sick people seeking medical care. At the end of my visit today (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), security was called to assist me from the exam room where I was waiting to regain my composure and wait for the nurses assistant to bring the referral. Unimaginable and totally unacceptable. Id give ZERO stars but at least one has to be selected in order to leave a review. Id risk dying rather than return to St. Helena Family Health.

I have Wolfs Parkinsons whites disorder(is a heart issue) and I have tried to get into them for months and the e.r said to get in asap. Last time I was there when the symptoms first started, they said I had depression and wanted to put me on antidepressants.. and then made me feel like cr@p pretty much telling me I was drug seeking(I dont even drink alcohol) a week later I was in the e.r overnight. This place is horrible and needs to be shut down

My experience at that clinic was the worst experience I have ever had. They refused to give me depression medication and then a nurse named Geri followed me calling me names because I was upset about it. The first person I spoke to named Ina McLaughlin seemed like she was on methanphetamines. The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen!

I love my doctors and nurses all respect me all of them are very nice to me but i have a heart condtion and hight blood pressure so they take care all the time and i have irregular heart beat they want me to live for a long time so if something goes wrong they put me in surgery in fast. Love them and i respect them
