I was careful when calling clinics to find out potential cost before going in. I was told what the max apt cost would be....Felt fine with it and went in. I did like the Dr I spoke with but she was unable to help me with my problem at the time ( not her fault in my opinion). When I received the bill however I was shocked! It was just a few dollars short of 3 times the cost I was quoted would be the max. After over 6 calls with no one calling me back- I was told they had miscommunicated and I had to pay the bull-necked still dont know what Im going to do- but holy cow is that not good biz practice- not my fault but they are making me pay for their mistake!

Very happy. All of the staff are considerate, polite, and helpful. The NP remembers details of past conversations relative to my health, and brings these up if I forget to do so. Unlike the majority of offices Ive visited, the staff here listens to what youre saying, and proceeds accordingly. Follow-up regarding test results and additional or alternative care services is prompt and thorough. Its nice to feel like your health actually matters to a caregiver...Highly recommended.

Really out to help the community. Not as efficient or ritzy as Providence, but they are much more affordable. First appointments take a long time, but then things get considerably faster. I dont understand these complaints about payment, they have lots of payment options and will reduce bills considerably based on need.

They blocked me so I cant talk to a doctor so u know I am going to put in a complaint about your poor service. They are the worst excuse for a doctors office they should be shut down for not doing their job right!

Never calls back, dont have openings to see the doctor unless waiting a couple weeks works for you. Your better off not having a primary care doctor than going to this place!
