I think people should know that if you go to valley view h.c. seeking help for anything other then advice on where to go to see real medical service dont go I was referred by my consoler to switch my provider because vvhc say they work hand in hand with your consoler to further your treatment. My consoler and I both showed up to my cancelled appointment that neither he or I was informed was cancelled. I have been with them about 5 month the reason I switched Dr. office is so I could been seen about getting started on meds my consoler referring solely for this issue, havent even talked to the dr. in regards to mental health meds no but need a cream to clean up rash on foot got a prescription for a cream my medical dont cover. Does anyone know how to grieve this issue not only waist my time but my consolers time. This family practice needs to take the time to know their patents.

So far, UN-impressed. I was told I could not see a doctor until I filled out a bunch of paperwork. So I did. Then, I was told I couldnt see a doctor until they reviewed my medical records. Then, the day of my appointment, I show up and was told they didnt get my records. So there really was NO reason to have the appointment. The receptionist said that I had had told them at the time I turned my paperwork in, that the records were needed for my appointment, that they would have got them. WTF? Do any of you actually know what you are doing? Now I am supposed to wait for them to get the records that they should have sent for TWO weeks ago AND hope that I can actually get time off from work to go. Oh yea, and someone "will call" when the records arrive. NOT holding my breath on that one and already looking for a DIFFERENT clinic.

No stars for their unprofessional, condescending attitude, naive, ignorant staff. Pre-judgemental, unknowledgeable, did I mention unprofessional? The ARNP told me she thought I was "jerking her around," when trying to recall my timeline of anti depressant use, refused to give me a prescription for a non habit forming medication that I had used successfully in the past, because I couldnt recall with exact precision the dates I had started taking them, what dates Id gone off, etc.
