First time purchase of the calming cleansing zinc bar and Daily Moisturizing Face Cream and I love both. I have suffered with Rosacea for years and have always been searching for the right combinations of products. Finding a moisturizer that would work well with the Redness Solutions makeup that I use was a challenge. I didnt want to look like I had makeup on but needed to cover the redness. First let me start with the zinc bar. I use this twice a day, in the morning before makeup and in the evening before bed. My oily face loves this zinc bar, feels fresh and clean without drying too much. My daughter who has light acne also loves the zinc bar and I will be purchasing another shortly for her. I am in love with the moisturizer. Very pleasant smell, light and works beautifully with my Redness solutions makeup. Now if they could just come up with some cure for Rosacea before my nose turns into a W.C Fields ruddy mess, I would give my soul for that one. Thanks Dr Cythinia S. Bailey for helping to make my life somewhat bearable.

Both my husband and I made an appointment. Thought we were seeing Dr. Bailey but she was nowhere to be seen in the office on the 4 visits we made. THE WORST PART: Both my husband and I declined lab tests for our procedures and this office decided to send BOTH biopsies to the lab without our consent. The lab then billed us for both procedures! $145 each! Despite calling the office several times (today was my 4th), no one seems capable, nor willing, to make this right. I left a message today for Michael Dunning, who I am told is the Office Manager but theyve lost my business forever due to such poor customer service. Treatment was up to par. Nurse was really caring but actual dermatologist had very little bedside manner. Performed her job as needed, though. Thought Id share my experience for what its worth to others who are undecided about where to go. If you want great customer service, its NOT HERE.

I really appreciate Dr. Baileys recommendations and products. I find her advice on the blog very helpful. I love her Replenix Power of Three Green Tea Antioxident. I also use the Zinc Calming Bar, her moisturizer, Ceralip, and her new Retinol products. People often ask me what I use on my skin. I tell them about Dr. Baileys blog and her products. I wish I lived close enough to be a patient but happy that I can read her recommendations and benefit by ordering the products.

When my dad was only 45 he was diagnosed with Melanoma on his back. The ended up taking a big chuck of his tissue out... SO now as good precaution, I see Dr. Bailey annually for a inspection. SHe is VERY complete and takes her time. Any questions I have she is glad to answer. Now with her good advice I use sun screen more frequently. Highly recommend her and her cool skin care products too.
