I give them zero stars. They do not update the information on your charts. Just copy prior notes and heard you through for the money. They do not care about the patient. The pain doctor could not even tell me why he had been treating me for years. Never once did he examine me. And does not follow up or return calls. I to was cut off for 1 false positive after being on my meds for over 7 years. They were rude. Dont brother to review current findings or enter info from your current diagnosed issues. They are a joke. Clean but not worth your time and aggravation. Dont be leave anything they say. One primary doctor gave me results he Made up. Then one told me they never received the results. Really Bad. Do not waste your time.

My visit to Tribal Health was plesant. I brought my two young kids for their vaccines, and physical. Both my children felt comfortable and at ease. The staff was cheerful and professional. The waiting room and private rooms were clean and well mangaged. C. Singh
