It was the day after our wedding and we were leaving the next day for our honeymoon so I took my husband in because he had a terrible cough, no voice, and a sore throat. The only thing the nurse did was do a rapid strep test, look in his nose, mouth, and ears and concluded that he had allergies. She gave him 4 prescriptions and sent him on his way. They said they would do a culture on his strep test to be sure. NONE of the prescriptions helped and he only got worse. After a 6 hour flight we landed and he was in excruciating pain so I took him into a clinic in Florida and the doctor said it was laryngitis. It was only after 3 shots and 3 prescriptions (from the clinic in Florida) did he start to feel better. The next day Indigo called us and when they heard that He still didnt have a voice and that he had gotten worse they said that it wasnt allergies and that we should take him in. I am highly dissatisfied with them and we wont be using them again. I was highly disappointed because I have heard so much good about them.

I went to this urgent care facility for help. the first asked me for was my ins. When I told them I didnt have any, the front desk woman first quoted how much an office visit was, then lab work, then if I needed x rays. She then went directly back had the Dr come out ask me in front of everyone in the lobby what my symptoms were. I told him ( in front of everyone) and then he told me to go to the ER. They NEVER asked me if I had money to pay for treatment, they just ASSUMED I didnt. I went to the ER for something they could have helped me w, but instead they turned me away because they didnt think I could pay. Now I have a huge bill for services from the hospital. Im sure their facility and staff are wonderful, THAT IS... only if you have money out to buy it. Had I been in the right mind frame to get out my wallet maybe they wouldnt have turned me away to drive halfway across town to get treatment from someone else.

Hands down best urgent care clinic Ive ever been to in my life. Its what First World medicine is supposed to be! I was so sick and first thing the nurses did was give me a bottle of water. Everything is modernized right down to the iPad check in. I was seen by a wonderful doctor in 10 minutes! I had waited 3 hours at another place before I gave up and left. But at this clinic 10 minutes!! Ive waited 11 hours at Providence hospital on more than one occasion over the years. What a treat to walk into a clinic and get the service of a First World Nation especially since Im paying First World insurance premiums!! Thanks you Lacey Indigo Urgent Care!!!

Fast, friendly check in staff. Clean and modern facility. They offer tea and coffee and comfortable places to sit. Very very clean facility. Lobby isnt mixed with occmed and urgent care making wait times excessive. Also part of the multicare system which is a non profit organization. Not your corporate greed model like us health works that jam packs the appointment book making wait times in excess of 3-4 hours. Great experience so far. Update 3/30/2017 Blood test results were prompt and the provider throughly went through them. Was given sound advice from the provider, couldnt be more pleased.

Pleasant, efficient, clean. Helpful, knowledgable staff. They were busy and so I had a bit of a wait, but they were apologetic and let me know how long my wait would likely be. Thorough and professional. Took time with me and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed during my appointment. I can highly recommend this clinic. They called my prescriptions into my pharmacy before I left and left me with informative paperwork to review at home in case I had questions or needed to review the diagnosis and prescribed treatment. I will definitely use them again.

Took my son here today at 8am and was out by 835am. The staff here are excellent and very caring. My son is 6 years old and Dat took such good care of him and took him step by step when he was taking his pulse and getting his oxygen levels he kept telling him "I promise this wont hurt" The provider we seen was Dr. Aledo and he was also awesome! Very thorough and listened to everything. Its also beautiful in there and so clean! I will defiently return here if need be and recommend this to anyone! Keep up the excellent care and appearance

Usually when you go to urgent care, you have to wait forever, sit on furniture that looks nasty and be shuffled about by workers who clearly would rather be anywhere else. Not here. The staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. And efficient. No, seriously. I was in within 10 minutes. In and out under an hour. The waiting room is full of light, airy, modern and comfortable. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. This will be our go-to place from now on even though its out of our way.

I was in and out quickly. Got checked out by an extremely knowledgeable Doc, who explained everything to me as he went. He didnt prescribe any prescription medication, but he did give me a written care plan with recommend treatment with over the counter medication. I dont want to take prescription medications if I dont have to, and I dont like being sent away without a plan either. This Doc did not disappointe! Great experience. Ill go back if I ever have the need.

We brought my teenage son in on a Saturday afternoon. From the time we walked in the door we were blown away with how efficient and kind and informative the entire staff was. This is not a cookie cutter urgent care thats for sure. Our Dr was great at explaining all the possible options etc. I love the location, etc. And they were not busy at all. Brought my wife here for a chronic cough that had lasted three months. Wait time was about 15 minutes, however they werent very busy, when we arrived there was only 1 other person in the lobby. The ARNP was caring, addressed her needs, provided her with the medication she needed and gave us with a discount coupon for the medications. A real plus!

This is the only place I will ever go again. They were so nice. Did my paperwork on a tablet instead of paper forms. I got offered coffee, tea or water. I wasnt made to feel guilty because I was sick. It was clean and modern. I will recommend Indigo to everyone. They accepted my state healthcare without a hassle. Amazing!

Super knowledgeable friendly staff. Very fast diagnoses by Dr.Guthrie. He suggested I go to the ER and called ahead to them for me. They took my insurance and had the option to book an appointment online in advance. Was very pleased and would recommend them to others.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the doctors always explain everything without making you feel belittled, they follow up with you. They even sent my little guy a get well card. I highly recommend this place for any care. Best service we have ever received.
